 If you use French/European Aires then you’ll get this site, except it has the added bonus of immaculately clean showers and toilets. It also has a large washing machine (£5 a go) which is useful on longer trips /full timing.
Level tarmac car park outside the community centre with fresh water and ehu.
No black or grey water dump facilities though.
It’s next to the Mull Head road which has some traffic during the day but is very quiet at night.
Not a campsite, but a really good aire. Will definitely use this facility again and thanks to the community for offering it.

I have never stayed on a site like this before. It was actually a Community Centre! We came across it by asking in the local shop. We were told to park up in the car park and a lady would come and meet us there. We ended up having the whole car park to ourselves with EHU, bathroom in the community centre and a large grassed area with washing line. The lady was very helpful and even let us use the facilities in the community centre (eg. The kitchen). It was very reasonable too. I think we paid about £7 for the night. The bathroom had a lovely clean shower and toilet. It was quiet, although a little odd at first staying in a car park but once dark, you soon forgot about where you were and we had a lovely quiet evening. The only downside is there is no waste facilities so have to use the Centre's toilet.
