 Excellent. Flat site.
Well situated to the rear of the wonderful Trumpet Inn. Good food and ales.
Only awkward part is using the too short chain with combination, particularly as a solo traveller.
Definitely would stay again - showers hot which is an essential.

Wow WOW.
What a great site, clean and tidy.
The shower temperature was spot and no push tap.
Ideal site with local bus to Ledbury and Hereford outside.
Trumpet inn, excellent food and friendly staff and service
We couldn't a fault

Nice clean campsite, with plenty of room on pitches.
One washing up sink, and two combined toilet/shower rooms one of which is suitable for disabled access, there is however a sizeable step into the shower cubicle on both showers.
On the downside the Trumpet pub and little pixley campsite is situated at a major junction and consequently Traffic noise is considerable, this is not helped by the fact that every "Herbert" in the district drives a clapped out souped up banger complete with straight through exhaust system.
This along with lorries, tractors and general traffic don't make for a peaceful night. If you are a heavy sleeper or happy to wear earplugs then its a lovely site.
The pub does great food and a good range of drinks (check opening times, and book for food. ) and Ledbury is only 10 minutes away if you fancy a change.

The campsite is lovely and clean very spacious pitches and very private
Facilities are very adequate for the size of the site and very clean
The trumpet inn pub is lovely and has a large garden and welcomes dogs and the food is incredible, the best pub food I’ve had in a long time and very reasonable and we will definitely make a return visit

Nicely laid out site with bus stops right outside and pub/restaurant only a few yards away.
However, we were advised that the one (of two) showers did not work, but on attempting to use the other you were under rapidly changing scolding water to freezing cold, so a shower was not possible.
Please note that you have to pay cash at this site.

Great little site, visiting the area to see family. The pitches are nice and large with a bit of a slope.
The toilets and showers were clean the staff were very nice when we saw them which was when we arrived and left so they weren’t in your face all the time which is how I like it.
Ledbury, Ross on wye, Hereford all close by as well as Malvern.
Topside the touring park there were statics and I think the touring park is relatively new a sort of work in progress.
Would I visit again, yes I would as the location is ideal for my needs and the site itself was to my liking.
You are at the side of a pub which does meals and although I didn’t have any food there everyone I spoke to said they were very good. Good selection of beers and ciders in all a nice experience.
The only negatives for me was you cannot use charcoal bbq and there is a lot of road noise as you are at the side of the main road between Ledbury and Hereford.
If you do visit a heads up they want cash not card.

The owner was very helpful and the site itself was immaculate,

Great little site behind the pub, gate at rear to walk the dog for a short walk, pub food and drink is very good and reasonably priced.
Access to site is off main road junction and depending on direction of travel can be easy or difficult do your research on maps as to where you come from,
We didn’t use the on site facilities as we used the van but although they looked basic they were very Clean.
