A delightful, quiet site, well positioned to explore many parts of the Fyn coast and countryside. The owner, who speaks excellent English, personally ensures that all the facilities are kept in really good order. Pitches are spacious, spread across the two fields that make up the site and there is an attractive sand-filled play area for children as well as a large playhouse. In addition to the very clean showers and toilets the site provides a kitchen with microwaves, kettles, fridge and freezer as well as a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also free wifi available.
Good shopping in the nearby towns of Glamsbjerg and Haarby and easy access to historic Faaborg, Svendborg and the islands of the southern archipelago.
The site can, apparently, become busy in July and August, when facilities may be stretched, but it is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday out of the main season. Thoroughly recommended!
