We visited Gabriels Fishery on the early May bank holiday. We were a party of three caravans who spent a lovely family time together. We had BBQs, campfires, cooked bananas with cholcoate much to the kids disgust. The owner was extremely friendly and couldn't have welcomed us enough. We had a lovely relaxing time here and would definitely come again.

I was having trouble finding a campsite at short notice then I stumbled across this place and was surprised how reasonable the rate was.

The drive to find this little gem is through beautiful countryside. On arrival I was very happy to find it nestled in a remote area yet close to shops.

I would highly recommend a trip here, I shall be returning to explore and give the fishing a go. The lakes are a beautiful oasis, perfect.

We regret that our stay could have been better if certain things were properly attended too. There was no toilet paper in any of the two toilets. They were dirty and no attention or attempt for cleanliness was made. The solitary shower was very rickety with an abundance of water laying on the floor. No mop or bucket was available to clear up any spillages. Both my wife and I were scalded by overly hot water. Definitely requires attention as reported to the owners. The waste disposal point was blocked even though it was reported as being so. The location was idyllic despite being on the flight path of Gatwick airport. Despite this we would stay again if more attention was made to the shower and toilet facilities.

1st camping experience. Very impressed! Peaceful, spacious camping grounds surrounded by greenery, trees & rivers. The fishing is in a separate part, if that's not what you're there for. Nice clean toilet & shower facilities. It is the perfect location as only a 20 minute walk to Edenbridge town. At only 5 pppn it is so cheap for what it was & the owners couldn't have been more accommodating & laid back.

Thank you, I will definitely be coming back!

Had a nice stay at the weekend I have been there many of times before, The gentleman that walks around is a very friendly person he can't do enough for you ver safe and secure campsite with nice and clean shower and toilet. The kids love walking in the woods and playing in the gated field metal 1/4 size oil drums supplied for camp fires and big bags of chopped wood for 5

Great place to get away from it all. Owner was very friendly. Walks around the farm were endless and so much to see. On the other side. Its right under Gatwicks flight path.

People going fishing appeared to drive fast down the track at as early as 6. 30am. There is no showers only 1 toilet with no light or a lock on the door. The owner did say that he is planning on putting in a shower block next year.

For the money that we paid we had a whole field to play in, Kids were safe as they couldn't get out of this field.

Only on the last day need other people turn up to camp. We were allowed to have a nice big fire, bring your own wood.

As a group of 12 we all said we would go back. There is no local shop to walk to, but there is a superstore just 5 min drive up the road.

Visited over a weekend. Fairly basic field with portaloo and drinking water plus disposal all close at hand. Only one other camper at time of visit. Owner very friendly pay by the night stayed. Can leave when you like.

Interesting fishery, loads of walks, boot sales on Saturday and Sunday close by the site didn't disturb us at all. Lots of wildlife, cows and horses in adjacent field,

Nearby Church and Pub, Edenbridge 3/4 mile away, Very close to Hever Castle and Chiddingstone. Bough Bridge Reservoir also near. Tonbridge Chartwell Westerham, Knole Park. The list of attractions is endless.

Very cheap to stay. Very restful site will go again. Its what certified sites are supposed to be.

Take a torch it get dark on site and there isn't a light in the loo!
