Hi

I'm looking for campsites in Dorset for 3 couples (28-31).  Having toruble finding something that's not family orientated.  We don't want a clubhouses or manicured lawn pitches and children's play areas and pools.  Just a nice campsite and ideally, a pub within walking distance.

We're planning to go Zorbing which is near Dorchester but could travel up to an hour to get there.

Can anyone help?  I'm getting very confused now...

Thanks

Barbie

We have been several times to Seadown at Charmouth (see our review). It is an immaculate site, very peaceful, but you can walk directly onto the beach or into the village where there are several pubs. The toilet block is modern and immaculately clean. The site has no clubhouse, but a small well-stocked shop. Can't recommend it highly enough.
