Sites in Herefordshire tend to be "pretty" and outdoor pursuits rather than holiday camp. Hereford itself has a leisure pool and bowling alley. Malvern has a splash pool,.

The Camping and caravanning club site at hereford is fantastic, beautiful site, really well kept, We went earlier in the year in the tent and loved it

We stayed at Poston Mill which suited us,walks from the site,huge field and play area for children and a pub at the top of the drive serving meals.

Lucksall is a nice site - right on the river wye.  canoe hire from here..pretty surroundings, small play area onsite.. nice pubs nearby.

Bit further away but totally beautiful with swimming lake is Fforest fields. Just goggle the name.
