The first two times that we used our caravan we went to a small site that we'd been to quite a few times previously - as you say. its good to go somewhere where its easy to set up, you know how level the ground is etc. Where did you camp with your tent - do you have a fairly local site that you know well?

Cant find the Setting up on Site Link, Word to the wise,Speed on Motorways 60MPH Max,Not allowed in outside lane of motorway(unless inner lane blocked) 60MPH Max Dual carrage ways, 50MPH Max on all two way roads(even if speed of road is higher), so will need to factor extra time to your destination as you will be towing at lower than the national speed limit.
