COVID PRECAUTIONS - Good to Go - standard of Visit Scotland

WE have reduced the tent pitches AGAIN for 2021 season, limiting numbers of people on the site deep cleaning and sanitising facilities and taking other precautions - see website.

Small quiet camping field in rural location Tent pitches are well spaced, most with bushes or trees between giving privacy 7 INDIVIDUAL PITCHES FOR TENTS, 3 FOR SMALL CAMPERVANS ON GRAVEL WITH GRASS SITTING OUT AREA 7 electric hookups,

ONE INSULATED, HEATED CAMPING POD SLEEPS 2 ON BEDS Freesat TV,and electric kettle, toaster +sockets & mugs/bowls etc supplied JUST bring your own sleeping bags or duvet and camping stove and gear. NEW - bedding, bedlinen and towels can now be hired for your stay in the camping pod.

Sheltered from winds by tree belt in rural location Two miles from coast, 5 miles NW of Stranraer, 2 miles to shop at Leswalt

Modern Facilities block Accessible for disabled, free shower, toilets with private washbasins, and hot water to washing up sinks Fridge freezer Heated in cold weather We do not provide chemical disposal

Cars are parked in 2 parking areas If you have special needs and need your car beside your tent please let us know when making your booking, as we may be able to make arrangements

PRICES per person, ALL ADULTS £10 A NIGHT. Children 4- 15 yrs £4 50 Younger children only by prior agreement with campsite.

Camping pod price £42 a night for 2 sharing, single occupant discount at quiet periods
Campfires and BBQ's OK using our firehearths to protect grass We supply firepit, logs, kindling, firelighters and paper
Chck availability through our website, and make instant bookings. We also check answerphone messages, emails and texts several times a day so usually answer your enquiries promptly.

At present mobile phone signal for O2 (4G) is good around the site and vodaphone becoming available. Other networks can be used 1 mile towards Stranraer

Dogs welcome £1 each per night but must be on lead at all times,
dog walking path around field

At Leswalt village go past shop on left, and at graveyard head up steep hill with bends At top of hill pass car park for Agnew Monument Camping site is one mile ahead, first cottage on left
