Situated in the heart of Thomas Hardy country, Sandyholme is the ideal base for a holiday that both you and your family will enjoy. The park is just a few miles from many great places and attractions to visit including the iconic Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, Weymouth & Portland, Dorchester, Monkey World and The Tank Museum. It is also a very peaceful location set in the Dorset countryside making it perfect to get close to nature and enjoy a country walk and a drink in one of the many country inns.

Touring caravans, motorhomes and tents - pitches are numbered and most have electric hook-ups. Additional tent pitches are available during high season in an adjoining meadow. Campers have access to all park facilities.

Sandyholme is the perfect base from which to explore some fantastic areas of Dorset. Just a few miles away are Monkey World and The Tank Museum - great days out for all the family. In different directions you can reach the market town of Dorchester, the seaside resort of Weymouth or Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove - iconic features of the Jurassic Coast. Other days out include Swanage, Old Harry Rocks, Studland Bay, Corfe Castle, Model Village, Swanage Railway, Lulworth Castle and Thomas Hardy's Cottage.
Take the A352 Wareham to Dorchester road and turn off right to village of Owermoigne. Drive through village for a good mile. (Signpost on trees as you drive through). Sandyholme is situated on the left down a tarmac drive.
