Zeacombe House lies on the Devon / Somerset border, situated 4 miles South from Dulverton on the Southern fringes of Exmoor National Park.
This 4.5 acre level park offers quality, comfort and tranquility. We have REDUCED our pitches from 70 large to 50 EXTRA LARGE PITCHES, ensuring space and privacy. Top quality facilities and a warm welcome awaits your stay at Zeacombe House.
Our beautifully flat landscaped park in part encompassed by ancient and beautiful beech hedging includes well kept lawns, trees, shrubs and rockeries making it a pleasure to stroll around, with a wonderful panoramic view towards Exmoor.
1st January-30th June - £20 per pitch per night
1st July-30th September - £25 per pitch per night
1st October-31st December - £20 per pitch per night
All prices include EHU, grass or hard standing and no extras charged for pets, awnings, extra cars, extra people including children, shower facilities.

Our toilet and washing up facilities are open 24 hours. Social distancing must be adhered to. All we ask is that you mop the floor after you shower. Hand sanitizers are placed at the water points around the park, and at the entrance to the toilet block.
We do allow camp fires, fire pits and BBQ's as long as they are raised off the ground. We also hire fire pits that can be requested at the time of booking.
Arrival is between 8am - 10pm.
The shop and reception is open from 8am - 10pm (subject to change)
We operate a 5mph speed limit around the site
We have a quiet time from 10.30pm
We cannot charge electric cars from our electric points.
We don't do departure times (subject to change during busy months)
Dogs must be on a lead around the park and at your pitch unless you have an enclosure. Dogs can be let off in our enclosed dog walk area.
A gap of at least 6 metres must be left between you and your neighbours when pitching.
Children under 12 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the toilet block.
***With effect from Monday 14th Sept 2020 it will become law that groups of no more than 6 people, including children can meet both indoors and outdoors. This means we cannot take bookings over 6 people or multiple bookings in different names if part of the same group (if the number exceeds 6). If this law is broken we will have to ask you to leave the site and no refund will be given. For more information please visit government website.
The park is ideally located for visiting many National Trust properties and gardens. Exmoor National Park, North and South Devon coastlines, the towns and cities of Barnstaple, Tiverton, Exeter, Taunton, and many beautiful villages. Trout and coarse fishing, the Tarka Trail, Badger watching and Safaris on Exmoor are all within easy reach, making Zeacombe House an ideal base for keen walkers, cyclists, fisher folk and the general explorer.

Exit J.27 onto A361 (s/post Tiverton, Barnstaple, S.Molton). Drive straight on at the Tiverton roundabout, continuing on the A361 (North Devon Link Road) for approx 10 miles until you start climbing the hill with 9 wind turbines on the left hand side. Directly opposite the windmills is a turning to the right sign posted The Mason's Arms and Knowstone. Turn right here and continue for approx 2.5 miles through Roachill. You will find us towards the end of the lane on the left hand side.
