Bank Top Farm is a family run caravan and camping site established in the early 60s. It is a small camp site set within the grounds of a 150 acre working farm, lying approximately 2 miles out of Ashbourne, (off the A515 towards Buxton).
The site is surrounded by beautiful Derbyshire countryside and set well back from main roads within the Peak District National Park.
We are open for telephone bookings only.
AT PRESENT WE CANNOT ACCEPT ELECTRIC VEHICLES AS THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS INSUFFICIENT
Our tariffs are:-
Tariff - WITHOUT electric hook up:
Caravan/Trailer Tent & Car/Motor Home, Camper Van/Large Tent & Car, 2 people - £28.00 per night
Tent & car, 2 people - £25.00 per night
Single Person Tent & Car or Motor bike or Single Person in Camper Van - £20.00 per night
Hikers & Cyclists - £13.00 per person per night
Electric hook up - £8.00 per night
Children up to 3 years - free
Children from 3 years to 12 years inclusive - £6.00 per night
From 13 years and extra adults - £8.00 per night
Extra car £5.00 per night
Dogs (each) - £4.00 per night
Bank Holidays - 3 night minimum stay

Dogs accepted by prior arrangement but must be kept on leads at all times. We do not accept any dogs on the banned dogs list.

Nearby Attractions
For those wishing to explore the stunning Derbyshire countryside, Thorpe Cloud, Dovedale and the Stepping Stone are reached across the fields.
The Tissington Trail is close by for those wishing to walk or cycle.
Carsington Water is a short distance away by car and offers walking, cycling, boating, fly fishing and the opportunity to study the abundance of wildlife from hides by the waters edge.
Historic houses, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, are within striking distance as are the towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Castleton and Matlock. Sudbury Hall which houses the National Childrens Museum is also within easy distance.
