Opening Dates this year: 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022
Lickpenny Caravan Park is located in the heart of the Derbyshire dales and stands within 16 acres of a truly picturesque setting. This tranquil retreat is set above the village of Tansley and near to the towns of Matlock and Bakewell.
All our pitches are generous in size, set within their own boundaries and are hard standing, perfect conditions for all year round caravanning.
16 Amp electric is provided throughout the site.
All Deluxe pitches have their own water and grey waste, are larger than average and some have far reaching panoramic views over open countryside.
There are two fully heated shower blocks, 2 Disabled/Family rooms, a separate child bath, toilet and nappy changing facilities. Laundry rooms are provided with washing machines, coin operated tumble dryers and ironing facilities.
Also provided in each block are washing up facilities and vegetable preparation areas.
Outside the childrens play area is grassed and level, with tables provided to ensure comfortable supervision whilst their children play.
On site also is a wooded dog walking area. A woodland walk with a gravel pathway leads to a nearby garden centre and cafe.
Entry to the park is by barrier system and for peace-of-mind 24 hour CCTV is in operation.
Lickpenny accept caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents, but NOT tents.
Lickpenny is open all year round, has hardstandings and heated utility blocks so that you can enjoy out of season touring - winter, spring, summer or autumn.
