Enter a different world when you pass through the bridge into our beautiful campsite. Hidden in a secluded valley within the South Downs National Park the gently sloping site has spacious pitches with plenty of room to BBQ in style and for children to play. Watch the sun setting over the hills with a glass of wine in your hands or take the 10 minute walk to sample the delights of the Thomas Lord in West Meon. Stroll around the farm on the private tracks left round many of our fields or cycle the Meon Vally Nature Trail. If you are feeling more energetic the South Downs Way can be accessed from the top of the farm. The nearby village has a prize-winning butcher and village shop with cafe attached. It is the perfect site to relax and unwind while re-conncecting with nature. Once you have been you will want to come back again and again!
Please note that we can only take campers with their own toilet facilities.
We are within easy reach of the ferries to the Isle of Wight and France, the Historic Dockyards at Portsmouth and the beautiful cities of Winchester, Petersfield and Chichester. Locally we have fishing, the Iron Age fort and Site of Special Scientific Interest at Old Winchester Hill and access to riding and tennis. Butser Ancient Farm is only 5 miles away and offers activities for children. You can visit the gardens of Hinton Ampner or drive to Uppark House. Gilbert White's house and gardens at Selborne and Jane Austen's house at Chawton are only a short drive away. Children love to visit the Watercress Line between Alresford and Winchester.
Turn off the A32 south of West Meon into the farm entrance (Brocklands Farm is signed and there is also a large sign for Meadowlea Saddlery) and keep straight on (leaving the buildings on your right) up a concrete track. The site is just after the bridge. Park against the bank on the left.
Where is the nearest shop to Brocklands Farm? There is a shop within 1 mile
