You will need to book at least a day in advance, so please call or email. If you do just turn up, we cannot guarantee you will be accepted. Arrivals are only accepted between 1pm and 7pm unless otherwise agreed. This friendly, family run site lies in a quiet and picturesque location at the foot of Glen Duror. Our site welcomes Motor homes, Caravans and Tents. Tents are only accepted between 01 April and 30 September. Maximum size is 7m x 3m (eg Berghaus Air 6). Dogs are also welcome, but must be accompanied by their owners and on a lead unless in your unit. A track, which is part of the Sustrans cycle network (Route 78), runs parallel to the park. It is an excellent, safe route for walking your dog, jogging and cycling. We have 2 Camping Pods situated in a quiet part of the site. These are basic Pods, so you will need to bring your sleeping bags, food, tea and coffee etc. Camp Beds with Self Inflating Air Mats, Chairs, a Picnic Bench and a 2 Burner Gas Stove with Gas are provided. There is also light and heaters in the Pods, and they are well insulated. Finally...... no wet tents to take down at the end of the trip! What more could you ask? The shower block incorporates waterless urinals and shaver points in the Gents, hair dryer in the ladies and automatic lighting, self closing taps, central heating and insect mesh screens in the double glazed window units. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our facilities and they are checked numerous times throughout the day. The ‘campers kitchen` includes sinks for food prep and washing dishes, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave and a small reading library at reception where you can exchange your books and magazines. The Park is licensed for 40 touring pitches (big pitch sizes), of which 37 have electrical hook-ups, and provides an ideal base for local attractions. There is a 4 berth, well equipped lodge for hire on site and further information can be found on our Website.

Beinn Nibheis (Ben Nevis) Ben Nevis is Britains highest mountain. Fondly called Ben by the locals, it towers 1,344 metres (4,408 feet) above the town of Fort William. `The mountain with its head in the clouds` or `Mountain of Heaven` (translated from the Gaelic), was first climbed in 1771. The Jacobite Steam train ( Fort William )is regarded as one of the Great Railway Journeys of the World, mainly due to the stunning scenery you travel through. The 84 mile round trip on the Jacobite will take you past Britains highest mountain, deepest loch and on to Mallaig, the UKs most westerly station. The train stops en-route at Glen Finnan, giving you time to strech your legs, take photographs, visit the Museum in the stations buildings and visit the Glen Finnan monument.
