Description

This is an adults only site

Pitches: 50

Opening Dates this year:  17/05/2021 to 13/10/2021
Opening Dates next year: 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022

Rosebud Farm Touring Park is a small, family run quiet site, exclusively for adults aged 18+. Our picturesque campsite is set in a rural location in the heart of Doc Martin and Poldark countryside, with stunning panoramic views that take in the summits of Roughtor and Brown Willy on Bodmin moor; a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. We offer free Wi-fi on the pitch and luxury heated shower/toilet block for those colder winter months, as we are open 365 days including Christmas and New Year.

Whilst your here, why not explore our golden, sandy beaches, coastal and moorland walks or simply relax in one of our local pubs, all within easy reach of this peaceful retreat.

Prices start from just £14 per night.

We are ideally situated for those wishing to explore stunning North Cornwall, positioned just a short walk to the coastal path. The North Coast is lined with breathtaking villages including beautifiul Boscastle, widely-known for the flood disaster in 2004. Tintagel is famous for its Castle, Legends of King Arthur and the Old Post Office (National Trust). We are fortunate to be close to numerous sandy beaches including Tregardock, Trebarwith Strand, Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath, all renowned for their beauty and good surf. Visit the harbour at Padstow for a must see fishing village and the spectacular Camel estuary, also home of exquisite food including Rick Stein, all within a 20 minute drive. Nathan Outlaw is another example of fine cuisine, located in Port Isaac, the setting for the series Doc Martin and Fishermans Friends, just 10 minutes away. Other nearby places of interest are the Eden Project (approx 45 minutes away), Steam Railway and Lanhydrock National Trust house at Bodmin, and the South Coast Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey about an hours drive.

We are open all year and welcome adults 18+ (and well-behaved dogs) in caravans, motorhomes, campervans, tents and trailer tents.

Nearby Attractions

Attractions nearby are King Athurs Stone, Tintagel castle and famous Post Office, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Padstow, with the Eden Project, acres of National Trust our favourite being Lanhydrock, the famous Camel Trail, Birds of Pray all being within 30-45 mins.

The North Cornwall Coastal path is within walking distance of the site giving breathtaking scenery which cannot be seen by car.

In the opposite direction we have Bodmin Moor, Cardinham Woods ideal for walking and cycling, or 50 miles of golden beaches between Newquay & Bude.
