Lovely site quiet and spectacular views.

Well organised for the covid 19 safety precautions.

Would be better if there was washing facilities such as a washing machine and pot washing facilities.

4th time staying with John and Terri, absolutely love this place, beautiful views, clean.

Spotless. Quiet with stunning moon rises will return again, and hopefully many more times,

Thank you Terri and John for another fantastic stay.

Relaxing, spacious site with free wi-fi and a superb off- lead dog policy.

No hassle on site from other dogs and no dog barking as all dogs are very relaxed.

Biggest dog exercise field ever ! Superb shower block.

Great local walks, friendly, helpful owners.

Wish we had booked 2 weeks not just 1 !

We have spent 8 lovely days at Rosebud Farm. Jon and Terri run their site by themselves and work hard to keep the facilities clean and tidy. They are also very welcoming and go out of their way to help with any queries or problems.

The site is conveniently located with a beautiful panoramic view across towards Bodmin Moor and a large field in front of the pitches which is great for exercising dogs. The local village, St Teath, is a 10 min walk downhill and has a butchers, cafe, small shop and pub.

The only drawback is that the road past the site, although a 'B' road, is a cut through and can get a little noisy with cars although this didn't bother us too much and it was quiet at night.

There are many attractions nearby but one of our favourite places was the nearest beach, Tregardock, which is quiet and secluded. This is because there is a long, steep, rocky climb down and back up which is not for the fainthearted but well worth it.

Thank you Jon and Terri - we will be back!

Campsite was clean, well maintained and had very large pitches.

Road noise can be an issue if pitched directly adjacent to the road.

Local buses are very infrequent if you wanted to leave your car on camp.

Iíve been here 4 times now. a great place to base yourselves and a great site to stay on.

Toilet and shower block are pure luxury.

Nice quiet site and the best hosts you could wish for

Of course adults only but if this is your thing then thatís perfect and a great location for getting around.

Arrived to a very friendly greeting, shown around the facilities which where immaculate.

Choice of pitches, nothing spoils the view of the stunning country side,

We couldn`t fault our stay a wonderful peaceful site and we are looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of June. The site has stunning views, excellent facilities and we had a warm welcome on arrival. A nice touch is the fact that if you have a dog it can be let off the lead on to the well cut field.

The toilets and showers were immaculate and we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet site within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast.

St Teath itself is a charming village and only a short drive away, we visited the dog friendly pub a couple of times for a drink and can recommend the Sunday lunch which was served by cheerful and attentive staff.

Just returned from a 3 week visit to this lovely site. John & Terri the owners are a smashing couple. The site is clean and well looked after. Toilet/shower block is very clean and modern and the views from the site across the valley are brilliant. There have been people moaning about the rules but believe you me I don't know why because apart from the gate being opened and closed at certain times, which to my mind was ok, the rules are common sense and no different to any other site. So if you want a quiet but sociable campsite in Cornwall I would thoroughly recommend this site and ignore the negative reviews. Well done John & Terri for a fantastic site. Hope you stick to your principles and don't change a thing.
