Pitches: 40
The barn caravan park started in 2003 and is situated on the south coast between Brighton & Worthing.
The site is grassy with new trees planted to add more shelter the site has some hard standings and electric hook ups (6-10amp) There are some picnic tables for people to use. we have free limited wifi.
We accept Most Tents Caravans Motorhomes RVs and 5th wheels please call for more info.
Male/female toilets/showers. local swimming pool and leisure centre short journey from campsite. Dogs welcome if kept on a lead.
Icepack freezing available.
Coffee shop reception opening times vary during season quiet periods or weather conditions.
We have a childrens play area with climbing tower slide and swings there is an area for ball games and we have a full size football goal.
We get rather busy from March-October so at least 3-4 weeks notice for caravans & motorhomes is advised in the Spring & summer months.
New coffee shop bar open during season.
Digital tv reception
Local bus and train station a short walk from site.
FREE LIMITED WIFI
There are no washing up facilities.
Shower water heated but block may not be heated at quiet periods
If bringing kettles please check they are low wattage camping kettles
Shower block closed October 31st till March 1st unless stated but campsite open all year subject to weather.

We only accept advanced bookings by phone email or online please visit our website
Our pitch fees for 2026 are from £34.00 pitch per night plus electric (Car parking by pitch) 2 night minimum stay,3 on bank holiday or event times children under 5 free. (Prices may vary when events in area) some electric is mostly metered so you can have as much or as little as you want to pay for please ask for electric hookup when booking as they are limited. (Electric hookup lead required) electric not included in pitch fee. There is no charge for awnings/dogs & children under 5. Arrival from 1pm-6pm. Electric generators are not allowed.
RVs and 5th wheels may be subject to electric surcharge.
Dogs welcome if kept on leads.
Bbq campfire pits must be off ground.
Photo I.D may be required for bookings no bookings accepted from calls showing unknown caller id
numbers.
All facilities are for visitors and guests only we do not offer waste or water services to non staying visitors.

Please note it may not be possible to site groups together *Deposits are non refundable a credit may be issued subject to t&c
We are not affiliated with external events so refund of booking will not be issued if event is cancelled as this is not in our control.
All booking deposits are non refundable all cancellations must be made 21 days before arrival or balance will due in full.
Only guests staying on campsite can use facilities
Toilets, showers, water, electric, Elsan point etc.
We dont offer a Motorhome service point at present.
