Great site within walking distance of the beach at Lancing. We had a 3 night stay in our camper, hosted by the Camping & Caravanning Club who were very friendly.
The pitches are level, well maintained and we had plenty of space. There are no pitch markings, but we found others respectful and there was no noise at night.
The facilities are basic but clean, two showers and two toilets in the ladies, and similar in the gents. I didn't find the water hot enough, but the weather was warm so it didn't matter.
The two outdoor washing up sinks were spacious, but as other reviewers have said, lack hot water. It would be great to have this in the future, washing up not easy in cold water!
We loved that you could walk to Lancing, to the beach and catch the train (10 mins walk) to Brighton, Littlehampton etc.

Very friendly welcome from Joe the owner. We arrived for a family wedding in Worthing.
We were given electric hook up although had been unable to book at the time.
Site clean and spacious pitches. Decent toilet block. 15 minute walk to train station so easy to get to Brighton and Worthing.
Nice cycle path along the seafront to Worthing.

Not been to this site before but will definitely be returning.
Joe is an excellent site owner, very welcoming/ friendly/ helpful.
The pitches are a good size placed around the edge of a large flat field.
The only criticism is that there is no hot water at the washing up sink, but that is only a minor negative against all the positives

A return visit due to another uncertain Covid year, stayed 5 nights Sat-Thurs over late May half term, lots of kids on site using the large play area in middle of field.
Cycled into Worthing then Goring one day, Cissbury Ring another and along the river from Shoreham, we see a seal eating a large flat fish.
Great location, the pebbly beach a 10 minute walk, has toilets. A little further up The Perch restaurant/take away.
Shoreham airport nearby with a good cafe, great sitting at site watching all the light aircraft.
Foundation and plans for Joe to have a Cafe for next season.
Another great holiday with fantastic weather, would def go back.

Lovely campsite, it felt really friendly and safe, beautiful setting not far from Brighton.
The owner came to see us when we arrived and was very welcoming. We had a problem with the electrics on our motorhome rental and he was so helpful in trying to sort this out for us.
Would definitely recommend.

Stayed over the Aug bank holiday 2020 Covid year, for 4 nights.
The site has children's play equipment in the middle with everyone sited around the outside, the field is large and didn't feel too close to anyone.
The location is really good for getting to Worthing with it's pier or Shoreham with our bikes, there is a dedicated cycle lane on the footpath.
We cycled to Shoreham, locked the bikes up and got the train to Brighton on the bank holiday Monday £2. 85 return for 3 of us.
The owner Joe is very helpful and friendly stopping for a chat and giving advice when asked.
The facilities were very clean and modern looking, only used the toilets a few time as use our own facilities in caravan but the shower area looked clean all times, with plenty of soap/hand sanitiser.
Asda is nearest large supermarket next to Lancing train station.
We loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending.
