From M5 Exit J.27 onto A361 (s/post Tiverton, Barnstaple, S.Molton). Drive straight on at the Tiverton roundabout, continuing on the A361 (North Devon Link Road) for approx 10 miles until you start climbing the hill with 9 wind turbines on the left hand side. Directly opposite the windmills is a turning to the right sign posted The Mason`s Arms and Knowstone. Turn right here and continue for approx 2.5 miles through Roachill. You will find us towards the end of the lane on the left hand side.

Exmoor National Park, North and South Devon coastlines, the towns and cities of Barnstaple, Tiverton, Exeter, Taunton, and many beautiful villages. Trout and coarse fishing, the Tarka Trail, Badger watching and Safaris on Exmoor are all within easy reach, making Zeacombe House an ideal base for keen walkers, cyclists, fisher folk and the general explorer.
