Cherry Tree Springs is easy to find, situated just off the A52 Sutton on Sea to Skegness road. Approaching Sutton on Sea from the A1111 via Alford, turn right at the roundabout onto the A52. Cherry Tree is only 1.5 miles from this point, on the coast side of the road. Sat Nav users: do not deviate from ‘A roads.

Sutton on Sea itself provides all that a holidaymaker will need, the beach is safe for bathing, there are a variety of independent shops, post office, tea rooms and restaurants, beautiful promenade with beach chalets. Leisure facilities include sea fishing, surfing, golf at Sandilands Golf and Links 18 hole course. Bowling, tennis and horse riding locally. Why not bring your bike and cycle along the promenade or along the many approved cycle routes. Alternatively you could visit Lincoln Cathedral and Castle,the Battle of Britain display at RAF Coningsby,Snipedales Country Park and Nature Reserve, traditional market towns of Louth, Alford and Hornastle with it's abundance of antique shops, a visit to East Kirkby Aviation Heritage Centre, a day at Market Rasen races, or take in a show and the illuminations at Skegness.
