Directions
The club is 10 minutes drive from Junction 32 of the M6. Leave the M6 at Exit 32 onto the M55 and immediately take Exit 1. At the roundabout turn right (signposted for Garstang), taking the A6 north. Approximately 1 mile later, at the first traffic lights in Broughton, turn right and follow the road to Whittingham and Goosnargh. Immediately beyond the Stags Head pub, turn right onto Stags Lane. Then take the 1st left and 1st right to arrive at the club.
Regular buses service the end of the lane to Preston and Longridge. Local taxi services are available.
Nearby Attractions
The Post Office, grocery shop, fish and chip shop, hairdressers are a 5 minute walk away. You can also find Goosnargh Tennis Club and the beautiful medieval church of St Mary's, dating from approximately 1281. There is a wide range of excellent local restaurants & pubs serving fine food, including local specialities of Goosnargh duck, Goosnargh cakes, and famous local cheeses from Mrs Kirkham's, Blacksticks and Singletons. The famously haunted Chingle Hall is a half mile stroll across the fields.
3 miles away is the delightful market town of Longridge; gateway to the Ribble Valley, Clitheroe and beyond. Longridge has a Sainsburys, Booths, Aldi and Co-operative supermarkets along with a host of specialist shops and takeaways many of which will deliver to the site.
