From Tywyn follow the B4405 to Bryncrug. At the village centre you will see the local shop in front of you, turn right here continue where you will see The Meadows on the right hand side as you exit the village. From Bala follow the A487 to Talyllyn then take a turn to the right signposted Tywyn on b4405 continue to Bryncrug take the 1st turn right into Bryncrug just before the Afon Fathew (River Fathew)bridge you will find The Meadows after 300yds on your left.

The coastal town of Tywyn is just 2.3 miles away with its shops, the Magic Lantern 3D cinema, numerous eateries and wonderful sandy beaches where dolphins are frequently seen close to the shore. Dog friendly to most parts. Try not to miss some of the spectacular sunsets from the beach.
