We have just returned from 2 nights here. Warm welcome on arrival and shown round the pitches available. Site was almost full due to several shows in the area. We were on a grass pitch with electric, which was plenty big enough.
Dog walk round the outside edge of site is good for a quick morning wander.
We were near the small facilities block, which was adequate, looking a bit tired and I had the most dismal shower experience on the first night as the water pressure was so low. Fixed shower heads and push buttons. Second attempt in a different cubicle was slightly better but nothing to write home about. The toilet flush was also pretty rubbish and took an age to refill.
The entrance barrier is shut between 11pm and 7am, there is a reasonable sized car park if you don’t get back in time.

Stayed the over the August bank holiday weekend. It was (mostly) fully booked for the duration, but didn't feel too crowded, particularly as the staff helped us to a nice quieter pitch.
The loos and showers were more than adequate for the busy weekend and kept very clean. Staff were really helpful, coming to try and fix the lights on our trailer (they were more used to towing than we are).
There's quite a bit of shade around, but plenty of open spaces if you are worried about getting the tent dry early/late in the season.
The area is lovely, there is a good pub in Hanley Swan about a mile down the road, it may be worth booking for weekends/evenings as we were very lucky to get in on a Thursday. Breakfast was also very good.
There's a few footpaths near the site, and some really good walking over the Malvern Hills.

Our first outing of the year. The site was not busy so we were allowed a choice of pitches. We booked a hardstanding being early in the year but the grass was firm.
Hardstanding was large and level.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only one facilities block was open, lovely and clean and warm.
TV and 4g reception were fine as was the free WiFi.
We have used this site a few times before and always enjoy it.
The pub in Hanley Swan is good we enjoyed a lunch there.
Plenty to do and see in the area.
We were lucky with the weather, mostly dry and warm for March!

Lovely quiet, well-kept site, facilities always lovely and clean and fresh smelling. Site staff all friendly and helpful.
Lovely on-site dog walk, which was rather muddy during my stay due to all the wet weather the area has had, but not much to be done about that.
I love the recreation room; I wish more C&CC sites had one! The site staff hosted a brilliant New Year's Eve party, well attended by both our group, and other site members/guests. Great fun had by all!
Village pub and shop an easy walk from site (1 mile) and an easy drive or bus ride (stop about 1/2 mile from site) to Malvern. Plenty of places to visit in the area.

The site is well maintained, facilities clean, the wardens are all friendly and hardworking and the site is very peaceful.
There are plenty of places to visit.
The countryside is stunning even on wet days. Would highly recommend.
We think it was well worth the cost. Would certainly go again.

Loved the peace and quiet. (it was outside school holidays although quite busy. ) Wardens were helpful despite the fact we did not know correct booking in procedure.
They regularly cycled round the site in the mornings checking for problems. Great location close to River Seven, Malvern Hills and Three Counties Showground (We were there for RHS Spring Show. )
All facilities worked well including WiFi. Several comments re tired facilities, if you want to look that close maybe, but I say if it ain't broke don't fit it. Again all working well.
Only one complaint, showers were too hot even for my wife who loves hot showers. Been camping with one type of unit or another for 16 years never found this temperature before. Heard several sharp intakes of breath apart from my own.

Booking was easy and straight forward and received the confirmation by email with all the details shortly after.
The site is easy to find, and it does share the main entrance with the C&MC site next door, but they split just down the driveway, so don't get confused if you only see a sign for the C&MC site.
Arrived and parked in the waiting area and the warden came straight over to ask for my name, he then checked the booking and I met him in the well stocked shop with all the essentials you would need.
Security is very good with key coded entry and they lock the gates overnight to stop unauthorised access.
He then jumped on his bike and offered me a variety of pitches and we chose one in the sun, but near the trees for the shade for the dog. Our pitch was hardstanding with electric, but they do also offer grass pitches and you can pitch your camper, tent, caravan, etc.
Lots of seasonal pitches on site too, but they are well presented and don't look messy or out of place.
The warden explained where all the facilities were, and told me of a good parking area for my walk the next day over the Malverns. He then left me to it. A very helpful chap.
The site is a typical C&CC site and had two toilet blocks, which is handy as they close one at 10:30 to midday. Each block has a few toilets, showers, separate sinks and urinals and were kept to a very high standard.
The showers are push button and you cannot change the direction, but they was plenty of hot and lots of space and hooks for your bag / clothes. No shower curtains or duck boards, but my shoes did not get too wet.
There is a large 'community room' that has tables, chairs, pool table for 50p, free table tennis and a great space to escape the weather if it bad.
There are no views as such, but the site is well planted and looks nice. It does get busy especially if there is a show on at the nearby Showground.
There is a small play area on site for the children and loads of open space for them to run around.
Dogs are welcome and there is a dog walk in the trees the runs around the edge of the site, this was ok and did the job for a quick leg stretch, and although there are footpaths running next to part of the path, you cannot access this, so it is restricted on walking from the dog walk. You can of course walk out of the site and along the roads to find many great countryside walks with great views.
Malvern is only a few miles away and the area has so much to offer with castles, quaint villages, hills for walking and good shopping.
A local Co Op is the nearest around 3. 5 miles away.
I very much enjoyed my stay here at this peaceful site and I would return if in the area, however next time I might look for a site that is within easy walking distance of the Malverns.

Lovely clean site. Everything you need.
Lovely dog walk but a shame there was a few dogs not on leads. Our dog doesn’t get on with other dogs so found this a bit annoying.
Showers were lovely and warm and clean. Only one shower block was open so sometimes had to wait also had to wait to wash up.

Overall a decent CCC site although the toilets were a bit on the needing attention side, but staff were very friendly.
Location is not great for walking around and getting to Great Malvern, unless you have a car, which we didn’t, but if we had would have been better as walk in was hairy as no pavements on some parts of the route we were suggested to use.
No real view from MH, but local pub just 10 mins walk up the road was excellent as where the staff.

Staff very helpful.
Like all club sites prices have shot up staff tend to find new prices embarrassing.
There is no bus to site.
Excellent dog walk.
Many vacant pitches for all types of units, a reflection on the price. Very clean and well maintained.
Plenty of hot water.

Lovely site, well set out and maintained
We visited via the out and about app and so glad we did
Excellent value for money just £10 per night on hardstanding with ehu.
Only one facilities block open but for the number of pitches it was perfectly adequate
The wardens were very friendly and efficient we were shown a few pitches and given the choose of which one we wanted
Not sure how it would be in summer when busy but at this time of year we had a great first trip out, fingers crossed for a good year touring

We were meet by Yvonne how was very friendly and showed us to our pitch and explained were all the amenities are.
Having been here for at least 5 year I feel that the toilets need an up date they look tired,
The site is clean and tidy.
