 This is a lovely site, all the facilities are absolutely spotless. We had a friendly welcome and were shown to our pitch by a warden on a bike who helped us park up and gave us lots of information about the site. There is a nice children's play area and a large recreation room for guests use. I can imagine it will be very busy in the summer months.
We walked into Hanley Swan on the footpath alongside the road (about 20 mins) and ate at the Swan Inn. Good food. Remember your torch though, if visiting in Winter, as there are no street lights and it was VERY black. There is a small butchers shop in the village and a Post Office/general store which seems quite well stocked.
Hourly buses to Malvern one way or Worcester the other can be flagged down outside the site, there didn't seem to be any bus stops.
We didn't have time but the area would be lovely for walking. We will definitely be back soon with our hiking boots!

Great wardens selected us perfect pitch (away from play area next to dog walk) guided me into perfect reversing manouvre and faced our awing south what more could we want.
As it was easter we expected it to be busy but we never felt crowded and the noise levels were fine but the power did trip out at about 8pm each evening. But only for a few minutes.
The shower blocks are excellent modern and clean. But you have to keep pushing the button for water very annoying when washing long hair.
The surrounding area is beautiful walking the malvern hills is must and try visiting upton upon severn
Also must recommend phipps the butcher in hanley swann great selection of sausages and really friendly.

The whole impression of this site is positive- from the immaculately kept reception to the well spaced pitches. A very well run site, spotlessly clean showers, loos and dish washing facilities. We were offered choice of pitch and guided to it by a member of staff on a bike- so much better than a vague instruction when on a big site. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely time here. Staff were very friendly (as I'm starting to expect with a c&c campsite), site was lovely and facilities very clean. The kids enjoyed the little playground and if they'd have been a bit older, would have great fun with the games room too!
In the area, Malvern was 5 minutes away (with it's fish and chip shop!). The Malvern hills were 5 minutes further and gave fantastic views.
Definitely one we'll be coming back to!

One of the best CCC sites we have ever visited. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Wonderful views of the Malverns.
One toilet block out of use following the July flooding - perhaps hardly surprising given the exceptional weather.
Beware booking when the Big Chill Festival is on at Eastnor. Even though this is six miles away, the vibrations (literally) go on into the small hours.

Ok this site is one of the best sites my husband and I have been to . It is very clean , well maintained and quiet, even by children's play area.
At times it can get very full due to its location to the three counties showground. You do have to book well in advance . We currently have our caravan in storage here , no problems as yet. Staff very Friendly, helpful and good fun. Recently when it has rained it does seem to get a bit flooded, but the recently re-made gravel drives in the rookery are ok. Probably benefit from some more gravel pitches , even though we actually prefer the grass.
So in all an A1 site Beautiful well worth the money.

We visited Blackmore for the half term holidays, the large children's ball play area and swings, climbing frame and slide were much enjoyed. The atmosphere was really good with several games of football or rugby going on whenever the weather allowed.
All the facilities were of an excellent standard: showers were large enough to wash the kids without getting yourself wet (one at a time), the washing up areas were clean and well laid out, chemical disposal area was the cleanest I've seen, the grey water emptying seemed to actually be designed for waste-masters.
The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, showing us to our pitch by riding a bicycle for us to follow! They also helped everyone on to their pitches, showing exactly the right line to "drive through" if possible.
The walk to the top of the Malverns (having driven as high as we could) is well within the capabilities of our six year old and the views are well worth it.
If there is something going on at the three counties show ground, the site is a great base; although avoid the flea market - I've never see such tat.
The only slight downside was a lack of recycling facilities. We will return!

Well up to the standard of Camping & Caravanning Club sites with good clean facilities. Staff very helpful - we forgot our hose connector and we were lent a spare in minutes of asking.
A good sheltered site if there are storms but the ground is not the best if there are heavy rains - we got caught and our pitch was waterlogged over night even though we were on plastic mesh hardstanding. Parts of the site became a large duckpond. Seems to me that the Camping & Caravanning Club need to think about putting in drainage into parts of the site.

We joined the Camping & Caravan Club as we wanted to ensure we booked a decent site as we generally only get away during off peak season. Blackmore was a lovely site, very clean and staff were friendly. Now for the "BUT"! You expect a little mud & water during February but most of the grass areas were water logged and our pitch was like a mud ring (OK if your into mud wrestling!) We have 2 young children & found it very difficult. I think this site would definatley benefit from Gravel pitches. Also the toilet/shower rooms were closed between 11-12.30pm for cleaning and there was no alternate facility to use as the other block was closed during off peak season! We understand the need to clean but they also need to cater for the call of nature! Although there were a few problems we did enjoy our holiday and would consider visiting again in the summertime or if they change the pitches!

Our second visit to this site, this time as part of a rally. Attractive site, friendly staff. Good facilities, clean and heated. There is a meeting room available, can be booked for groups during the day but open for everyone in the evenings I believe.
Hardstanding pitches are plastic grid under the grass. Good motorhome service point.
Attractive village with village green and duckpond. 2 or 3 small shops within walking/cycling distance - recommend the butchers.
Showground is also within cycling distance - must be, we managed it and we are definitely 'softies' when it comes to cycling!

We've just returned from a weekend here and it's been 7 years since our last stay (not really sure why we stopped visiting). This weekend was to visit the Malvern Autumn Country and Garden Show where we spent way too much.
The site was full of caravans with a few tents dotted around and was surprisingly quiet given how many units were pitched up.
If you've visited any caravan & camping / caravan club sites you'll know roughly what to expect, however the site has been overhauled since our last stay and the shower blocks are now spot on. Dishwashing is also inside, in a separate heated room. Unusually for a club site there's also plenty of room for the kids plus a large indoor activity room with table tennis & pool. Some hardstandings have been added - the plastic grid type that sinks into the ground. Be warned - nearly had a nasty fall stepping out of the 'van as our plastic step acted like a skating rink on it till we pegging it down.
Interesting to note there are still problems with flooding, we've been cancelled a few times due to this when we used to visit years ago!
The area is lovely - very flat but overlooked by the Malvern hills. Take a walk to the top and you can see unspoilt countryside for miles & miles in all directions. There are several villages/towns within a short radius of the site but plenty of things to see if you want to go further afield.
We will be returning!

We spent three nights at this site and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The kids loved the recreation hall (pool, table tennis) and there was plenty of room around the play area for ball games so they weren't bored. Facilities were excellent and wardens were very welcoming and friendly. Small shop was useful selling essentials, including newspapers. Didn't sell milk however but nearby village (about 10mins walk) had excellent bakery - well worth trying.
Site was full but didn't feel crowded as it is well laid out. The wooded dog walk runs around the perimeter of the site and is very good. Plenty of wildlife to spot round about and lots in area to visit.

This is a really nice site set in a lovely area- real walking country not much to do other than that. The facilities are really good with no queues for showers etc. Abundance of wildlife, the rabbits are lovely.My only moan is that the small shop needs to be open longer.

We had a super weekend here: the staff were friendly and helpful, the site is beautifully kept and the shower-blocks first-rate. Although the site was quite full, we never felt crowded and it was very peaceful. We had numerous visits from a tame robin and saw lots of magpies, jays, squirrels and field mice. Many interesting visits in the area. Highly recommended.

I to visited Easter weekend for five nights. My family and I arrived on the Saturday at 11.56 and we were told we would have to pay £5 for arriving early, as check in time is 12.00! I know there are rules, but this was just extreme staff jobsworth. When we were finally shown to our pitch we were placed in the middle of a small field area on a makeshift pitch, because there had been heavy rainfall.
Now then, the site has excellent facilities, great showers and toilets. However our electric along with everyone else’s on the site tripped out some 7 times for varying periods of 5-15 mins due to the sheer load of people on the site.
One further word of warning, when at this site it rained (as it does in the UK) this site flooded like I have never seen a site flood before! There were caravan and motor home pitches where stand up awnings and ordinary awnings had to be detached and left so the unit could be towed to dry land!! The once fine facilities then became unusable as the drains blocked. We then found ourselves being towed out and checking in to another site.
Having said all this and trying to be unbiased, the operators of the site done there best to assist everyone during this time, (but constantly blamed the weather) like it never rains in the UK!! And I am sure that during the dry summer this site would probably be very nice.
