I like the co-operative feel Paul and his partner provide.
They do not charge for extras and this is appreciated so the honesty box principle I hope works with others like it does me, I always ensure to pay for the little extras because other campsites don't provide them and I see it as Paul providing a kindness.
The campsite is always clean as are toilets and showers.
It's a bit further to travel for me being from Rotherham but it's worth the distance as Pond Farm goes the extra mile to providing a lovely holiday.
Can't wait to return!

Great location and services on site.
Showers and toilet blocks have been always kept cleaned and fully stocked.
Kitchen and the choice of different snacks available to pick up at reasonable prices was great.
Will definitely come back.

Excellent camp site.
Great facilities, they think of everything, for example lots of fridges and freezers, honesty box for snacks, hot water for drinks.
Large pitches, clean shower and toilets.

We loved the campsite!
It was in a great rural setting, very peaceful with fantastic, clean ablutions!
Loved the walk to the beach and how tranquil the farm area is.
Paul was very accommodating and it was easy for us to extend our stay.
We will be back :)

What a gem of a site! Like camping used to be - quiet, but with lots of little extras such as phone charging lockers, fridges and freezers.
As a solo camper, it was great to just pay per person.
I can't think of anything that I would change.
Paul has thought of everything, even being able to borrow a windbreak.
Can't wait to return.

A brilliant place and adorable owners. The campsite is really suitable to stay for extended periods.
It is also well located even for a foot traveller : the CH2 bus line works just fine, and the sidestrand stop is just one public footpath away from the camping – although you'll have to guess where it is in the first place.
It really is a calm campsite and this is great.

This is our second visit to Pond Farm, and we weren’t disappointed! It is just as we remembered it from visiting 16 years ago and we hope not to leave it as long before returning again.
The well stocked kitchen, with hot water heater, microwaves, toasters, fridge/freezers and honesty box make it perfect for camping without power.
It has a quaint, welcoming and friendly feel and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Nice quiet little site, off the beaten track but in easy travelling distance of the popular seaside towns
Welcomed by friendly and helpful owner, allowed to choose my own space.
Facilities are rather old fashioned, but supply everything you need, plus extras that you won't find on most other sites_ fridges, freezers, kettle microwave etc, all available for use in communal kitchen, along with secure mobile phone charging.
Lots of walks around the by roads and country lanes. Local pub in walking distance, although didn't try it this time.
Travelling on my own, so a very reasonable £11. 00 per night.
Recommended.

Great campsite, clean and quiet with very good facilities - recommended.
Close to the pretty village of Overstrand and good beaches. You can walk to Cromer beside the golf course and get the bus back.
Very good area for walking and cycling.

I had a wonderful stay at Pond Farm campsite! The owner was friendly and helpful, it wasn't busy and had everything I needed.
I really appreciated the kitchen, especially the fridges and boiling water tap.
The toilets and showers were clean and very nicely decorated. All the facilities made camping so much easier, and it was very cheap too.
Definitely would recommend staying here, and I hope to return soon!

Absolute gem of a place!
Spent the bank holiday weekend here. Kitchen filled with bits you can borrow and also drinks, noodles, ice lolly's and chocolates with a price list and honesty box.
Basically everything you need for a relaxing time away will deff be returning.
Only downfall for me was no elec as I would love to bring my mum but she has a cpap machine.

Pond farm is an excellent campsite, it might not suit all tastes as it doesn't have a club house, etc.
But is suits my style of camping, it has a well equipped on site shop with honesty box when you can pick up, a cup of tea, ice cream, sweets or even bread, butter and jam - so you can have a bit of breakfast without dirtying your frying pan!
Nice shower and toilet block with good shower pressure.

I had a great time. Clean shower and toilet facilities.
Manager on site. I felt very safe.
Has washing machine, kitchen with toasters, microwaves, fridges, cutlery and crockery if you have forgotten your own.
I can't wait till next May 2025 to book my next visit!
