 Love this, back to basics but everything that you require for a camping holiday.
Lovely helpful staff.
Small kitchen for customers to use, store food in fridge freezers.

We had a brilliant stay at Pond Farm. It was basic and almost off-the-grid camping but had all the essentials that we need to make our stay worthwhile.
We were really impressed with the kitchen and the showers as not only it was so clean but so close to our tent.
Massive bonus that we were able to charge our phones for a small fee as well as the use of the fridge and freezers we were able to use.
Paul who was our host was amazing and looked after us really well.
Thank you and we will definitely come back again.

Peaceful campsite with everything and more you need for an excellent price.
Dog friendly and lots of nice walks around the area.

Second visit and we loved it just as much this time.
Flat, small, quiet site with nice facilities and so much more available.
There are fridges, freezers, toasters, microwaves and hit washing up facilities. These make it SO much easier to camp without having to spend loads on eating out all the time.
There are lots of useful things available to buy.
It's just a really easy, convenient, friendly place.

First time at pond farm and it didn't disappoint, has everything and more, great showers, toilets, washing machines and dryers which are £1 coin operated, hairdryer, fridges and freezers, hot water urn so you can make tea, coffee etc at a very cheap price, home made curries and other stuff for sale, plenty of sinks for washing up.
Not far to the bus stop for Cromer, not too far to walk to the beach just be careful of the cliff drop you don't realise you're upon it and neither did our friends dog she ran straight off the cliff down to the beach luckily she was ok which couldn't be said for her mum!,
Too much stuff to list but even sweets for the kids.
Paul and his wife have thought of everything and is a lovely man always up for a chat and loves his minis.
Will definitely be going back.

Great campsite. Lovely and peaceful. Everything you need is here.
Clean showers and toilets, washing machine, kitchen (which has multiple fridges and freezers).
Can't ask for more.

The site was easy to find and Paul was very helpful. He gave me a choice of pitches and offered to lend me levelling ramps if I needed them (I have my own). He showed me around the site, pointing out toilets, showers and the kitchen area.
There were plenty of facilities so that there was no queuing for anything.
He has thought of everything - camping and toiletry spares, hot water and supplies for tea and coffee, fridges and freezers for campers use and freezer blocks that can be borrowed.
Some food stuffs, including ice creams, available to buy. He advised me about bus routes, beaches and the local pub, all very easy to find but I took photos of his maps too.
The per person charge suited me really well as a solo camper. I would thoroughly recommend the site.

The campsite is well run by Paul, who is very helpful.
The toilets & showers are clean & well equipped, with hairdryer & washing machines.
The kitchen has everything you need & stocked with goodies too.
There are details of local walks & other interests on notice boards.
Its peaceful for a good nights sleep aswel.

What a find!
Lovely quiet spot, no bells and whistles but had everything you could possibly want from showers, phone charging lockers, freezer packs for picnic bags, washing machine, cooking and washing up facilities, food items, ice creams in a freezer and an honesty box.
Heart warming little site.

I was initially a bit nervous as a solo female traveller, but as soon as I arrived I felt safe and comfortable!
The campsite manager was so lovely, gave me a tour and showed me where I could set up.
The facilities were amazing, so clean and they have everything you could possibly need!
It’s in a great location for the coast path, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!
Great stay, would definitely come again :) thank you!

Awesome little campsite with absolutely everything you could possibly need.
Lovely, clean shower block, a little kitchen with microwave and fridge freezers, an honesty shop for anything you could possible need and large pitches to allow you to spread out.

This is a fabulous quirky campsite in a great countryside situation yet a 20-25 minute walk from the beaches at Overstrand and Sidestrand.
A really well equipped kitchen with hot water on tap, freezers, fridges, toasters, microwave, cooker. Lockable charging points. And laundry facilities.
Ridiculously good value and Paul who runs the site lives there and nothing seems to phase him. So helpful.
The ethos is friendly and welcoming.
