 Campsite is laid out beautifully with low hedges separating the pitches which is home to many small birds.
Plenty of benches with scenic views.
Pub and grub on site which I would also recommend.
The staff are really helpful and friendly.
Definitely go back.

Definition of a tranquil site, we had a lovely peaceful two days. Nice flat fully serviced pitch with hedges for privacy.
Good WiFi and TV signal along with excellent facilities and a small lake and fountain. Best bit the on-site bar and lovely staff.
Next time I will ask for one of the bigger pitches as ours was to narrow to erect our awning which is 275cm deep.
Not an issue this time as we were only there for two nights.

Great quiet campsite. Excellent price. Great views at sun set over looking wales…. Extremely helpful staff, help given if needed.
Lovely little bar with log fire. Great food served at perfect price…. Pizzas, chips, fish, hotdogs, streak pie,
Nice little pond with dog field next to it.

Pitch locations nicely spread out and privacy.
Wish could of stayed longer
Definitely returning soon.

It was a Lovely site.
Very clean and tidy.
Grass and hedges well kept
Lovely people and close to Shrewsbury park and ride and A5 for other destinations.

Only gripe for me was the push button showers

First time at this site, the welcome could have not been bettered.
Full information on facilities rules and regs then escorted to our pitch.
The site has got a bar which is open until 2000 Sunday to Thursday and 2200 on the Friday and Sat night. Pizzas were available from the kiosk adjacent to bar and they were very good, fish and chips on a Saturday night but we did not try these.
All pitches from what I could see were level and serviced.
We will be returning to this site again.

Quiet, clean and tidy site with great dog walking areas and nice ambience.
If the site had facilities, ie toilets, showers and wash up it would be amazing.

Very nice site the owners very helpful got a bar
On site food Friday and Saturday night
Toilets was very clean
Pitches very private
The only thing I found strange the toilets was closed for two hours from 11 to 13 hours and you was not allowed to use disable shower
Nice dog field for them to run my dogs love it
The drinks in the bar was not over priced.
I would recommend this site.
Ten minutes from Shrewsbury. Park and ride five minutes away

A very handy site for Shrewsbury and surrounding attractions.
Unusually for a small/medium site they have a fully stocked bar which also served morning coffee, and served pizzas on Fridays and fish & chips on Saturdays. There is also a 'basics' shop in reception.
The site is well maintained with very healthy flower beds, borders and pots. There is a small, fully-fenced dog exercise area. Unusually special poo-bags are provided because there is a flushable 'toilet' for disposal.
Facilities are adequate, if a little dated, but well enough maintained.
Most staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely site very peaceful bar on site sold real ale and pizza van visited very tasty.
Bit further out than we usually stay but only 15 mins in the car.
Free parking in town on Sundays would stay again.

A very well thought out and meticulously clean campsite. The gardens were delightful too. A good starting point for visiting various places of interest. Used a serviced pitch for the first time e and it was great. All staff were friendly and helpful.
The bar seemed fairly busy as was the food shack, we had pizza on the first night but didn’t venture into the bar.
The dog walk area and separate dog run area were well fenced in. Their poo bags and dog poo flushing toilet were a novel idea too.
We will definitely be back!
