 Easy to get to. Off a main road. With a long driveway to : Lovely spotless site.
Very flat. Great dog walking areas.
Caroline is very warm and welcoming.

Love that it’s adults only & dog friendly.
A peaceful & quiet site.
We just wish the front dog walking fields were secure so we could let our terriers off, without risk of them getting on to the road.
Having said that, the back fields were great to wear our 3 dogs out.

First of all a most friendly host Caroline. Helpful and informative going extra mile to make us welcome.
Secondly a quiet neat campsite excellent easy access facilities.
Thirdly very clean site and shower/toilet block immaculate.
Fantastic 10/10 in all areas and last but not least No road noise.

This is my favourite site to go to every time I go away,
Very friendly and very well kept and clean and always a friendly greeting.
Nice area for dogs to walk around in to.

Big pitches and spotless amenities.

We were after a adult only site where fires weren't allowed and came across this. Only an hour from home. Easy to book with a fast reply from the owner.
We were a bit nervous about going in our little caddy when it was all motorhomes and caravans but we didn't need to be.
The owner is so lovely and made us feel very welcome.
The site is immaculate and the pitches are well laid out. Everyone was really friendly and it was such a peaceful time.
Its definitely going to be a regular place to go

Have visited this site since it started in the early 90's and it is now in the excellent hands of the daughter in law.
Its a very well kept site and not too big so has a homely feel.

What can I say about this site. We absolutely love it, it's our new to go to site.
The site is immaculate and the surrounding views are fantastic.
The owner Caroline, is the most friendly and helpful person you could ever meet.
The people we also met on site were also friendly, talking to them, most have been going years.
We will be seeing you again very soon

We had a wonderful few days staying with Caroline at Rosedale.
The site was beautifully kept and facilities were very clean and well looked after.
The site was very quiet and peaceful and also within easy reach of local amenities and also plenty of places to visit.

Absolutely a top place clean shower neat toilet
You can wash dishes water drain and fill
The place is very neat and the lady who helps you is a sweetheart of a woman who keeps the place well and neat 100🥇

We were having work done on our motorhome just outside Wrexham and this site was under 10 mins away.
Easy to find, very well laid out site, arrivals board with site layout and marked up with the pitch we had been allocated.
We stayed 2 nights. Site has a great dog walk and toilet and shower facilities looked good although we didn't use them. Could do with an empty point for grey water for motorhomes but the owner offered to loan us a wastemaster if required.
Weather was awful with a lot of rain so the dog walk was a bit sodden but all in all a lovely site.
We will stay again if we do a trip up to North Wales.

Lovely site, run by a delightful lady. Will be visiting again!
We found a lovely walk, but it did mean 200yds down a busy road to get there.
Facilities were clean and sufficient.

A very pleasant and well kept site,
Lovely location and immaculately maintained.
Showers and toilet areas are heated and hot water freely available.

What a gem, first time we have been to adults only site but couldn’t of asked for more,
Perfect site everyone so friendly and helpful site spotless and facilities perfect,
We loved the bathrooms with the different coloured suites.
Dog walking field was one of the best to let the dogs have a run off lead.
Even stayed an extra night as didn’t want to leave,
We will be back.
