 Well kept, friendly owner,
Nice facilities,
Adult only, bit out of the way, need a vehicle to visit places,
Would go again.

Well great stay yet again, site immaculate and everything so peaceful and quiet, great dog walks on the site.
People just keep going back again and again.
Caroline the owner working tirelessly to keep the site up to a very high standard.

We have just returned from another visit to our favourite site.
The site is so well kept and the owners are so friendly and this over spills to all on the site as everyone is friendly.
The facilities are of the showers and washing up facilities are so good too.
We always enjoy our stays at this site and look forward to returning.

Was a bit worried about the condition of the site after all the rain we have had but it was immaculate,
If you can't relax here you won't anywhere.

Friendly helpful owners.
Super big fields for running dogs on.
Toilets and showers spotlessly clean.

Very friendly owner Caroline, allowed relaxed check in/check out as it’s Feb.
However, the site needs an overhaul with regards to the shower/toilet facilities, there was no heating on in the shower room and it was cold, the overall toilet/shower rooms are extremely dated, but kept clean.
The ground outside of the toilet block at the back needs updating, new concrete required.

This adult only site is one of the best site we have ever had the pleasure to visit.

Fabulous site. Lovely couple running it. Went more than the extra mile to accommodate.
Dated facilities outsell maintained and extremely clean.
Well spaced out units. Manicured lawns and hedges. An absolute delight.
I have caravans for over 40 years and would be hard pushed to find a site better than this.
Wasn't sure whether to post this review as everyone would want to go.
Handy for Shrewsbury, Chester and Wrexham.

Another lovely stay at Rosedale Caravan site and as my visits before I can’t find fault only praise everything is clean and well kept.
There is always a warm welcome from Paul and Caroline and they are very helpful should it be needed.

What a lovely find, don’t really want to tell you how lovely it was as it may get full to quickly.
Although on a main road it’s really set well back and is so peaceful and perfect.
Three very good dog walks on site and so popular that people just keep returning.
Immaculate bathrooms and toilets. A really friendly and helpful welcoming to the site, if owners not in a pitch board is posted on the entrance to see which pitch you’re allocated.
Also so laid back had to go and chase the owners to pay them.
That’s another thing not over priced at £17 in today’s market where site owners are sometimes greedy in their charges and with their military style rules and regulations.
A very happy and friendly atmosphere with a most wonderful welcoming attitude, you come as visitors and leave as friends.

Loverly site
Would recommend
Great owners all first class.
Adult only facilities first class if you like peace and quiet only the sound of birds.
Close to Wrexham and Ellesmere pub closed in village but plenty in Wrexham.
