 Amazing place! Loved the rural feel and the two friendly dogs roaming the farm, plus the pony and foal grazing next honour tent.
Great facilities and super friendly farmer happy to share tips on local walks.
Remote enough to scare off bigger crowds.
Was a highlight in our 8-day road trip through the UK!

Lovely area! Would definitely return if we're again in that area.
Facilities were ok. We only stayed one night so we didn't need a lot.
Host very friendly and relaxed.

This rustic campsite is located in a beautiful area, near some beautiful hikes on a working farm.
The owner is very friendly and responsive to email bookings.
The camping field is located next to a running stream. The rates are very reasonable.
The toilets, showers and outdoor kitchen sink wash up area were all very clean and well maintained, despite how very busy this farm is in summertime. No fridge but the owners are happy to freeze your blue freezer blocks for coolboxes. Toilet rolls are always available and replenished.
I was travelling as a woman alone with my female older daughter and we felt very safe with the farmhouse nearby.
Make sure you pick a nice flat spot for your tent pitch. We thought we did but kept rolling onto each other in the night, lol.

Lovely location and very welcoming owners.
Decent toilets and showers, although don't expect glamping style - this site is closer to wild camping and for escaping.
Lovely little stream and proximity to woods. Good starting place for walks.
Obviously popular with schools as there were 2 (very respectful and well-behaved) groups when I was there, some staying in the barns.

Love this campsite, Been a few times over the years.
The grandchildren love playing in the stream, With the farm dogs,
Lovely to build a campfire, And just take in the beauty around you,
Will definitely be back.

Second time to the farm campsite! We love it.
Quiet, out of the way and a great place to base yourself for many walks.
Basic facilities but everything you need to get away from it all.
No club house, no restaurant, no noise, no stress it's perfect!

They were very nice during the booking. And fast reaction. I made a terrible mistake and booked also another pitch the same period. Still no idea how that could happen. It was a stressful period.
Anyhow when we still didn't arrive at 18 o clock or something they sent me a message. Only after few more messages to each other I realised what happened.
All the time they were nice friendly and understanding. A next time in Dartmoor. I go there!

Great site with easy access to the Moor. You can walk all day from here.
Toilets and showers clean and a freezer for food/ice packs.
Good footpath to Postbridge where there is a pub that does food and a little shop that supplies the basics

Lovely quiet site.
Showers, toilets, washing up facilities.
Very simple site great for getting away from it all and a good base to explore the moors.
Friendly helpful Farmer.
