 Small quiet site with numbered marked pitches and plenty of open green space.
Excellent sanitary facilities with 2 bathrooms containing shower, basin and WC so no struggling in a tight space to get dressed/undressed and keep things dry as is the case at many other sites.
Handy for supermarkets but also on the edge of town close to the cycle route over the causeway.
Electric kettle but no fridge/freezer available in wash up room.
Charging by the tent size rather than the number of campers means it can work out expensive for a solo traveller but other Anglesey sites have similar charges.

A nice small campsite, only 30s walk to the beach.
Despite being very close to Holyhead, there is very little road noise and the site seems to be in position that is well protected from the wind.
The facilities are good, and clean.
The site is just a few meters off the coast path, providing some great walks.

Llanfair is a lovely site, easy to find, right by the beach and close to a couple of drinking holes.
The site itself is well laid out with good facilities and nice and quiet

Very convenient for Holyhead to Dublin.
Had 2 x 1 night stopovers. Only 4 mins from ferry terminal.
Very nice site, good, clean facilities with welcoming host.

Absolutely excellent campsite
The lady who owns it is she walks on the campsite and greets everybody and very chatty too
I would recommend anyone wanting to stay here
Excellent facilities too

Highly recommended: Friendly welcome, quiet location with easy access to the ferry to Ireland,
Clean sanitary facilities — we’ve experienced otherwise in the UK and Ireland!

Sehr empfehlenswert: Freundlicher Empfang, ruhiger Platz bei guter Erreichbarkeit der Fähre nach IRL, Saubere Sanitäranlagen - da haben wir in UK und IRL Anderes erlebt! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Stayed here last year on the pop up site great views, just stayed on the main site last week nice flat site,
1 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to supermarkets and a food pub, [pub ok].
Back at the site toilets, showers very clean, good recycling centre, lovely looking site not big you can tell the owner take pride in the site some very nice small beach's just a short drive away.
Will be back next year a few times. Ps got no play park but the beach is right there

Top campsite in the perfect location. The owner was really welcoming and friendly. Everything felt safe.
You’re literally on the beach front, the views are amazing.
Toilets and showers were always spotless.
You’re far enough away from the town people don’t just wander past but close enough to walk in, in around 20 minutes if you wish to do so.
We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place, Donna is really great so helpful and friendly.
The beach is just down a little private path from the site.
We always stay when taking the ferry to Ireland, but would definitely stay longer if we could.

A lovely, small campsite right by the sea.
Clean, well-maintained sanitary facilities.
Dog-friendly.
Shops nearby.
Since there are only a few pitches with electricity, it is advisable to book well in advance.

Schöner, kleiner Campingplatz direkt am Meer. Saubere, ordentliche Sanitäranlagen. Hundefreundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Da es nur wenige Stellplätze mit Strom gibt, empfiehlt es sich rechtzeitig zu buchen.

Stayed on hard standing with water and electric.
Excellent site with nice showers and toilets.
Peaceful at night with sometimes the slight sound from the distant railway, not enough to disturb ones sleep.
Just a short walk to the beach which is a great place to be.
As a disabled person I found it a nice place.
Really enjoyed our 7 days there.

Lovely little Site, very clean and organised, nothing was a bother to the host, the lady was a mine of information and recommended places to go.
The facilities were excellent, very clean, some products were available. Showers were superb, lovely hot water.
Dish washing area was excellent, again with lovely hot water. Pitches were spacious, EHU available if required.
Lovely site near the beach, very nice pop up micro brewery close by open at certain times of the week was a bonus also.

A well cared for site. A country feel yet close to all amenities in Holyhead. Excellent walks close by.
Toilets & showers well maintained.
The site provides a recycling collection point.
The Seagulls had wrecked the rubbish bins in the early morning so maybe add some netted gates. Else great.

Very close to Holyhead port.
Easy to find, in a quiet setting minutes from a beach walk.
Large pitch, good facilities.
Lots of supermarkets close by to stock up before travelling to Calais.
Easy access to motorway.
Will stay again.
