 A lot of thought goes into making you feel welcome.
The facilities are very clean and the site well looked after.
Easy walking to Cemaes where there are shops and places to get food as well as a beach and access to the coastal path.
Would stay again.

The owner of this site wants to do everything he can to make your stay comfortable, including bringing me a cup of tea around 7am.
The site is on a main road, but gets quiet around bedtime. Not many toilets, 3 loos and 3 showers, not sure how that will work when the site is full. But the hospitality is 100%
Walking distance into town for eateries and a local shop and 10 mins walk (Max) from The Wales Coastal Path

I recently camped for 2 nights. Gareth was a wonderful host, thoughtfully checking in and chatting with myself and other guests during the stay.
The site and facilities were immaculate. This was my first time camping solo and it was wonderful site and location for this.
Walking distance to Cemaes Bay / beach.
Will definitely return.

Lovely site in beautiful Cemaes. Gareth is very welcoming and clearly takes great pride in looking after his site.
May sound daft but the ground on the lower site was about the best I've ever encountered for taking a peg! Beautiful place with great facilities, quiet with fantastic hedgerows and wildlife all around.
5 minute walk to the centre of the village and so much to see and do on the Island.
A lovely, peaceful, happy stay making memories. Thanks Gareth for a great stay.
Myself and my 10 year old in a small camper with awning. We do a lot of touring around and would highly recommend Dolydd!

Lovely quiet site within walking distance of the shops, bars and beach.
Lots of room in the camping field.
Facilities were really clean but no surprise as the owner, Gareth, never stops cleaning and helping around the site!

Lovely little sheltered campsite with well kept grass pitches. Very clean showers and toilets.
Gareth, owner, extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance of beach, harbour, chip shop, pubs (two serving food) and pizza van right on beach front.
Ate lunch in little cafe garden in Cemaes which was also very nice. Excellent beach walks.
Site only aproximately an hour drive from anywhere in Anglesey but if you don't want to drive, all you needed was within walking distance of this lovely site.
Definitely going back there again

Have been caravan / camping for over 40yrs.
I think Dolydd is one of the best sited we have ever visited,
The welcome we had on arrival, help setting up, cleanliness and aspect could not be faulted.
We will be back!

Absolutely loved this campsite. Good facilities, nice little touches, like classical music playing in the bathroom!
There are three loos and two showers which were fine for the bank holiday weekend and all spotlessly clean.
Gareth, as all the other reviews have mentioned is a gem. Offered to pick us up if we got stranded anywhere, offered to lend us a longer electric cable so we could park wherever we wanted or blocks to level us up.
Lovely walk into the village, which has a great beach and lovely walks.
A beautiful, well cared for site and we'll definitely be back.
