 Well what a fantastic place is bluebell farm. We arrived on Friday 3rd of July 2009. Me, my husband, 3 sons and our triplets, 29 mths old, oh and 4 other families joining us later in the day. The weather was great and Graham was too as he had fenced a part of the bottom field off for us so the children were safe.
The farm had everything you needed, from toilets, shower, kettle, fridge, freezer,and my saviour the microwave. For the triplets bottles. We stayed for the weekend and we visited the lovely beach at Anderby creek.
We loved it so much that were going back in a couple of weeks for a bit longer this time and we are planning another weekend break in August. Just would like to thank all the friends and family that went and made it a great first time experience! £10 a night its a bargain. And thanks to Gill for the free pony ride too!

Brilliant camp site
Accepted a group of 21 – 25 year olds
Allows BBQ’s and music (obviously of a reasonable level)
Anderby Creak is fab (turn left out of Bluebell - and follow signs) free parking and lovely scones. Plenty of sand for cricket, kite flying, football, sports in general.
Site owners lovely and friendly, showers fine, toilets fine, hut with lots of info re the area is very helpful. They also have a freezer, fridge and a kettle all at your disposal.
Sheep and hens on site make the best alarm clocks- so you don’t miss out on the day time, and the sun set is a wonderful show with marshmallows on sticks with a BBQ.
Get everything you need before pitching up as the local shop – a garage- closes early. There is a Spar in the nearby town – can’t remember the name, the helpful lady will tell you- but buy your eggs from the campsite. Much yummier!
The site lady was so helpful she helped us scurry around her shed to find wood for our BBQ fire at night – a refreshing change to find camp site owners that understand that us ‘youngsters’ enjoy the great outdoors just as much as anyone else, we also respect nature and other campers!
Lovely place.
Will visit again and would recommend to friends and family alike.

We initially booked for 2 nights. Welcome was nice from the owners. The field where we pitched was not sheltered at all, consequently we were contently worried out tent was going to blow away.
The toilet block was very basic, complete with cobwebs! Due to the weather we decided to only stay one night.
There were groups pitched further away, to which one guy asked them to tone it down. The next morning there was another 'discussion' which then was followed by the police arriving and escorting the man away.
The area is nice very flat and quiet. The site was not really our sort of site and wouldn't return.

Bluebell Farm.Fantastic
What a fantastic site, just as all the other reviews say owners incredibly friendly and helpful, Graham even rang us up to tell us our tent was looking a bit suspect in the wind.
Kids loved the freedom and being able to help with the animals, daughter is horse mad and was beside herself especially when Gill let her have a ride, (as she did for all the kids on the site!).
Very peaceful and quiet, not the place to go if you like a clubhouse etc, toilet block is basic but clean and shower was lovely
Plenty to do round and about from the hustle n bustle of Skeggy / ingoldmells etc to the fantastic beach down the road at anderby creek(check out the bizzare cafe / pub / shop for a pint in the beer garden after the beach),
A perfect family site, we will definitely be returning (daughter has insisted!)

This was our first camping trip as a family. I have been trying to convince my wife that we could go away on a budget and still have a good time.
Finally, after both of us reading every review for Bluebell Farm she agreed to give it a try.
We arrived and were met at the entrance and was shown an ideal position to set up our tent. The site was tidy (never saw any rubbish) There was plenty of room between the tents and caravans. Our son wanted to investigate straight away and soon found the Chickens, Sheep / Lambs and Ponies in the adjoining fields.
In the barn there was a fridge, a freezer and a kettle as well as loads of leaflets of the local attractions.
There was only one wc for men & one for ladies. However, I only needed to queue once and that was behind my son.
The people on the site were friendly, Whilst foot pumping up our airbeds we had an offer of an electric pump. We felt secure enough to give our son some freedom on the site and he made some friends. Even had an invite to see how the other half camp with a bottle of wine in a caravan.
Anderby Beach (less than 5min in car) was great.
If I had to pick faults, the only thing I could come up with would be the shower skylight needed to be fixed.
It was a great weekend and even convinced the wife to try it for a week in the Summer. We were so pleased with Bluebell Farm we tried to book an electric hook up for Aug. But they were already booked.
We will be back here again in the near future.

Brilliant site, we were first timers and we had a great time, the owners were friendly and welcoming. The site was very basic and a bit on the bumpy side but we managed. The site was quiet at night (great for sleeping) There's a great little beach (Anderby Creek), only two shops. Kid's loved it and so did my purse! Chapel's not too far and it's not to busy which was great!
Would definitely be going back next year

Absolutely great site. We stayed in the onsite static caravan, plenty of room basic but everything we needed there. We enjoyed it so much we ended up booking another two extra nights!
Kids loved the freedom on the farm, feeding the chickens collecting fresh eggs, helping worm the sheep. In fact we had already been abroad earlier in year and they enjoyed the farm better.
Close enough to do all usual holiday stuff if you want to or if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle you can just enjoy the country. Jill cant do enough to help.
We definitely recommend it and will be coming back this year.

Gill and Gray would like to say a big thank you to everyone who attended the August Bank Holiday BBQ, disco/karaoke on Sunday evening.Lots of you have e mailed and phoned to say what a great time you all had. We raised a few pence short of £400 for the Mablethorpe Coastguard. The lads from the Coastguard really appreciate your kind generosity. Thank you.

Found the site by chance using a search engine. What a gem! The site is basic but lovely. The kids and I all enjoyed the free horse ride! The owners very friendly and welcoming. The nearest beach (Anderby Creek) was a lovely beach to take the kids and with free parking and toilet facilities you cannot go wrong. A lovely place to stay and weather permitting we will be back by the end of this month.
Lovely - highly recommended for those that want a basic site with ammenities close by.

We stayed on bluebell farm for two weeks and had a fab time!
We were on a members basic pitch in a huge tent (6)and 2 dogs.The pitch was nice and flat and close to a hedge.The site itself is basic but gill makes sure you get 5 star treatment and nothing is to much for her to help you out with.The showers are clean also the toilets,which always had plenty of toilet roll, plenty of hot and cold water to do dishes.The site is a tranquil place so don't expect discos and a pub!you get horses sheep and chickens and when you brin the kids dont expect to see them for hours on end as im sure they will find something to do! The beach is a fair treck away so you do need a car.

Fantastic little site very basic toilets and showers clean but only one in each mens and womens but this was never a problem. Had our 5 daughters with us they had a great time especially the free pony rides on site on an evening.
We used huttof beach this was great very clean with toilets close by and no shops or attractions great day on beach. Site offers the use of kettle microwave, fridge. Toaster and free drinks a gem of a site for £10 per night,£13 with hook up we are going back in Aug for a week with friends cant wait!

A1 superb site. Gill the owner could not do enough to make our stay any more relaxed and enjoyable than it was. The toilet block although very basic (but what more do you need when you're camping) was very clean. The site itself was tidy and litter free. There was a barn which housed a tv in which kept the kids amused for hours. It was all very safe for the kids to walk around.
Sheep in the fields kept the kids quiet, and Gill the owner took time out of her very busy life to take the kids out on Errol the pony which made their day. There were seven of us in total that stayed at the farm and we are going back in two weeks time with nine of us because we were so relaxed there.
The reception area is open 24/7 and has on offer the use of a kettle, microwave, toaster. Tea and coffee etc can also be purchased at a small cost. The shower block has a plug socket for all you ladies who want to do your hair and look the part. A definite must stay. My kids and I give it 5 stars.

Just returned from a two night stop at this site and really enjoyed it. The price is very reasonable and the owners very helpful. We found a nice flat pitch in the non member field and there was plenty of room without being too close to any other tents.
The showers and toilet were always clean, although there was only one toilet and one shower in each of the ladies and gents, however we never had to wait very long.
There are a couple of washing up sinks with plenty of hot water and a drinking water tap. Also in the reception there is fridge and freezer and free use of a electric point to charge your mobile.
The location is great for visiting all of the East Coast resorts i.E Mablethorpe, Inglemells and Skegness, all of which are only a short drive away. However we really liked the beach at Anderby Creek where we could walk the dog.
We will visit again next year - what a great little site in a brilliant location.

Visited over the May bank holiday as we were looking for a more basic , nice located quiet site in the area and this fitted the bill. Not very busy, but could have been due to the awful weather forecast.Small friendly site which charged £10 night for the two of us.
The owners provide in recepetion free tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks, a kettle, microwave and freezer for all to use which came in very handy. On the Saturday night the owners held a BBQ for all the people on the site at which they provided all the food for free and was very popular with those with families. Got the impression the owners run this site because they enjoy it.
The shower block is basic, one toilet and one shower for each male and female. However never had to queue as the site is small. There is a pub about half an hour walk away but wouldn't attempt the walk at night as across fields.
Would definitely recommend this site for anyone who wanted a quieter site in the area.

Had another good weekend at this site. Spoiled only by the wind!
Once again, owners incredibly friendly, even hosting a 'bring what you want to drink' BBQ on Saturday evening!
Facilities basic but clean but it was busier this time than the last time we visited and it did become a little tiresome having to queue constantly to use the loo!
The pitches are generous though a bit on the bumpy side and we must have had our bedroom on a bit of a slope as he kept rolling onto my side of the bed.That was his excuse anyway!
It's annoying that some people who take dogs don't seem to understand the concept of keeping them on a lead. We kept our dog tied up at all times when outside the tent but we were irked that the family across from us with a Spaniel didn't feel the need to do the same.
There was also a group of 3 or 4 units that also didn't seem to understand 'no ball games' in the camping area and their tennis ball bounced more than once off of the roof of our car.! Hey ho.
Thanks for a good weekend.
