 After several nights on Farm Sites in and around Anglesey, we were a bit disappointed with this Site.
It is very clean with first rate facilities but we missed the open spaces of the Farm Sites. The pitches seemed close to each other and the views are limited to hedge and other units. But it is a good Site.
There's a Morrisons Daily less than a mile away in the village but nowhere to eat out unless you go into Beaumaris and we don't like moving our Van once set up.
There are a lot of seasonal vans and statics which means it can seem full but not have many people around. Wifi is restricted to one hot spot near Reception.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean so well done to staff and owners.

Great campsite.
Helpful owners.
Good location, with footpath to village.
Clean modern toilet blocks.
Good value for coastal path walkers.
Rubbish sorting bin in place. Security of sight looks good.

Lovely campsite, spotlessly clean facilities, great laundry room,
Lovely walks from the campsite and there weren't many people there at all, it felt like our own personal site!
Easy to book, messaged through UKCampsite, got an email reply and called to confirm, all very easy.

Arrived on site and collected or pitch number and information from a porch at a house which I gather are the owners?
Pitch 86 right next to the shower block and water waste! Toilets always clean and showers always hot.
We were on the Adult field as there’s a family field as well. Lovely site with a lot of statics and permanent touring caravans.
There’s a walk through the site which I used to take our two dogs in the morning & evening.
There’s meant to be Wi fi but it’s a hot spot in an information hut, I couldn’t log on with my phone or laptop? My wife got on to download some walks on the island. But she couldn’t get a signal otherwise?
The island is wonderful with lots of scenery and walking. Beamaris is the nearest town with a castle pubs and shops. We visited Menai bridge and crossed the old suspension bridge. We had a walk on Holy Island near Holyhead. You can go out to a lighthouse but no dogs so we didn’t go.
You’ll never be stuck for something to do!
Getting there and back was the stressful bit too much traffic on the A 55! We diverted off coming home and went the old road no hold ups.
Overall great caravan site, shame there’s no interaction with the owners like a lot of sites we stay? It’s like they’re just in it for the money! The internet is rubbish and it needs to be listed as one place not the whole area!
Would certainly return to Anglesey but not maybe this site.

Very well presented site with excellent facilities, including a wifi room with space to charge a phone.
Friendly lady on reception, and very helpful team.
Easy walk into the vilkage to get to the shop.

Large site about 2 miles outside Beaumaris. It is on a bus route from the town but they are infrequent.
Access is down a short stretch of a quiet single track lane with a blind bend. This then widens slightly with good view of any oncoming cars.
There are three fields and an area of static caravans. Each field has modern facilities blocks with dishwashing and laundry.
The laundry machines are very expensive. There is a large play area for children. In the information room is a chest freezer and fridge for guest use.
The only time we saw the owner was when he helped us out with an electrical problem one evening. He couldn't have been more helpful.
Highly Recommend.

One of the best sites we've visited.
Lovely quiet setting, lots of space for children to play (and nice playground) very well organised and superb toilet/shower facilities.
Obviously not a site for the rowdier crowd, and a strict no-noise policy after 11.00, but that suits us fine.
Approach road is quite narrow, so suggest arriving from the North as this is a shorter section.

A very well maintained camp site with excellent facilities.
Easy access to local village and Beaumaris.
It would be good if the owners introduced themselves early on in the stay for a more personal touch.

Lovely site very clean and well maintained with well designed and very clean toilet block.
Easy walking distance to Llangoed and very good bus service even on the Sunday during our stay.
Area and site facilities invite return a return visit.

The site was easy to find. Very clean and tidy.
Had all facilities.
Very friendly and helpful.
Quiet when I was there.
I took my dog and a dog walking area would have been useful.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay and a great base for visiting Anglesey and Snowdonia.

Lovely site. Stayed on the adult section which as we had 2 dogs was brilliant and could access the wooded area.
The site is immaculate as are the showers and toilets and really well laid out and just under 2 miles from Beaumaris.
Booking was really easy as was check in.
Would recommend and definitely use again
