 Nice site close to Sutton on Sea.
Clean toilets and showers lovely pond for fishing.
Very relaxing stay, in fact it went too quick I will return to this site as I really enjoyed the fishing and tranquillity of the place.
The owner Anne was a phone call away if you needed her other than that she stayed out of your way to allow you to chill (which is how I like it)

This is our first time staying here, we had great communication with Anne before we arrived and when we did arrive, we had a very warm welcome.
We even forgot our electric hook up for our van and Anne had a spare we could borrow.
Shower and toilet facilities are very clean and the showers was so warm.
Nice spacious pitching areas with a great view of the fishing lake.
Will definitely be returning. Lovely little find for us.

Just had a 4 night stay lovely quiet site with fishing on site.
Nice clean toilet and shower block, a nice walk into Sutton on sea about a mile.
We had an Indian takeaway delivered to the campsite.
We had a lovely relaxing stay at willow tree farm, would recommend.

Well sited for Sutton on sea. Campsite just off from the main road and entrance to site really good.
Pitches were hard standing and large with electric included. Plenty of water points around site.
Site itself kept lovely and tidy. Owner very friendly.
Would visit again.

This is our first visit to Willow Tree Farm and I must say we were not disappointed.
With the beautiful setting and ample room on the pitches we couldn’t have chosen a better site to relax with our 2 dogs and they really enjoyed their leisurely walks into Sutton on Sea.
Anne is a lovely lady she explained everything thoroughly and then left us to enjoy our holiday but we knew she was there if we needed anything.
We will definitely be visiting here again.

A lovely site, very peaceful, and beautiful setting.
The host is very friendly and accommodating.
The site is a short bike ride from the beach, so a wonderful location.

This gorgeous, quiet, calming site is wonderful.
The owner is so friendly, quick to reply to enquiries, keeps the site in pristine condition, and font of knowledge on the local amenities.
All this and you're still less than 2 miles from Sutton on Sea town centre.

We were looking for a quiet site I read the reviews and booked 3 nights.
Check in time was 1pm which is the time we got there good size pitch but I did inform Anne that we have a continental Hymer so we. Were facing the next pitch door but the guy next door was ok with us being there. The next day 2 caravans turned up at 11. 30 and everybody on site knew the people arriving what we didn't know there was a rally on as we weren't told when I booked it.
Next day more of the rally people arrived and decided to have a get together which unfortunately as the afternoon went on it became louder with people shouting and swearing so that was the end of our peace and quiet we were leaving the next day so we didn't complain which we should have done. Apparently the site has a lot of rally bookings so beware.

Small peaceful campsite, location great for a base to explore the area.
Grounds are well maintained and the fishing lake is great for pleasure fishing.
