Perfect for either camping or caravanning, our fully-serviced touring pitches are surrounded by grass and all are just a short walk away from the central Sandy Balls Village Square. With top class facilities including our fully stocked Village Store, launderettes, shower and toilet blocks, water supply and electric hook-up, we have everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. The Leisure Centre features a Jacuzzi, sauna and state-of-the-art gym and a free indoor and seasonal outdoor pool. The Retreat offers luxurious Clarins facials, relaxing massages and body wraps. The Cycle Centre is a one-stop shop for all your cycle hire needs and bike gear. Food and drink is available onsite and for take-away at the Woodside Inn pub and The Forest Table restaurant.
Activities can be booked for all ages with free outdoor and indoor play areas for children, free evening live music and entertainment.
During August, Cornfield camping is also available. These are grass pitches and have no services on the pitch although water is available from stand pipes nearby.

There is so much to see and do in The New Forest and beyond - you can easily visit Paultons Park, Marwell Zoological Park, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens, and Portsmouths Historic Dockyards, Bournemouths beaches plus so much more for all the family to enjoy.
We are situated at the western end of Godshill village, a little more than a mile from Fordingbridge on the B3078.
From the east, leave the M27 at J1 signed New Forest/Lyndhurst/Cadnam A337 & at the end of the slip road, take the 3rd exit B3078 to Fordingbridge.
From the west, follow the A31 to Ringwood until the turning onto the A338 to Salisbury & take the B3078 for about 11/2 miles.
From the north, follow the A338 through Salisbury to Fordingbridge & take the B3078 to Godshill.
