Morning campers

Does anyone know a cheap campsite about an hor - hour and half drive from oxford, want to get a couple of more trips in before it gets to cold !!

Swiss Farm, Henley on Thames - can't be too far from Oxford. I would say it was average priced, but a lovely site within walking distance of Henley.

Also how about Picadilly Caravan Park at Lacock - A420 to Swindon then 1 junction down the M4 to Chippenham, would be at your max time I suppose but a nice site and a lovely village. http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=1837

There is an adult only site just when you go into Chippenham too, we haven't stayed there ourselves but it sounds nice. http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2913

How about Diamond Farm Camp Site in Bletchingdon, just off the A34 near Oxford. I stayed there last week for a few days, and it was lovely. Even got outdoor pool! Very clean!

Bo Peep in Adderbury (Banbury) has had good reviews. Its about 30mins north of Oxford. It also just off the Oxford road so you would be the right side of town.

Would agree with Chinagirl - Diamond Farm is brill - stayed there twice although last time was over a year ago. Would go again without a doubt.

Newlands Farm (I think it's called) at Wellesbourne, handy for Stratford and Warwick. A bit basic but cheap, good breakfast down the road at the Flying Club and a Sunday market at the airfield.
