We’re looking for recommendations for a nice quiet touring park ( preferably small ) in or around Pickering Yorkshire for June . We just need it to have a shower .
We won’t have kids or dogs with us

Wombleton Caravan Park - about 15 minutes from Pickering, between Helmsley and Kirkybymoorside. It's a lovely, quiet site and the toilet blocks have just been refurbished.

The White Swan at Newton-upon-Rawcliffe, about 4 miles outside Pickering is a pub in a picture-postcard village that has its own touring site. It has toilets and showers and a limited number of electric hook-up pitches. However if you can live without EHU you can stay in the farther of their two fields, which is prettier and quieter. And you have a pub on site, which is good for when you just need a drink (i.e. if you have just finished putting an awning up) or can't be bothered to cook.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
