 Fantastic all round, great vibe laid back and friendly.
Unbelievable value for money to have such clean and well kept facilities, alongside a stunning location.
I highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

Lovely quiet spot right by the river,
Lovely scenery and 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre of Brecon. I managed this easily even though I had a bad back!
I am definitely planning on a return visit.

Absolutely great site and run very professionally.
I unfortunately had a problem with my car breaking down on a sightseeing trip.
The owners were very understanding and allowed me to leave my tent and belongings while I got my car repaired.
Have used this site a couple of times and I am looking forward to another visit soon.
If you are looking for a relaxing stay within a short walk from the town and it's facilities I can highly recommend it.

The host was friendly and helpful.
The site was excellent such a beautiful place to camp, you can hear the river during the night and the sound of owls calling. The grass was beautifully maintain and I spent my time there bare foot .
This is a perfect site to relax and connect with nature. If that's not your thing Brecon is just a short walk away even we manage the walk and we have limited mobility.
We will definitely go back

A beautiful location along the river, well thought out and peaceful, just a short walk (10 minutes) into Brecon.
Plenty of facilities for washing, cooking, sitting, keeping food fresh, and lists of activities.
Friendly owners who made sure the stay was enjoyable.
Interesting people on the camp site to talk with. And very friendly chickens.

Great little site on the edge of Brecon, just a short walk into the town.
Nice on-site amenities, the cooking shelter and toilet/shower block were both excellent.

Noel and Susie were great hosts. I had a very relaxing two days staying here.
The campsite location is great to get to Brecon only a short walk to town and being next to the river was a bonus too.
The facilities were nice and clean and it had everything needed for my stay, so much so I have booked again in August.

Very peaceful, calming and soothing stream noises if you're into that!
Great location, a short walk away from the shops but also very accessible to get to places such as Hay-on-Wye (20+ minute drive) and the Brecon Beacons (15-20 minute drive).
The hosts (and their chickens!) were very friendly.
Many spots for camping, and the facilities are great.
Overall had a brilliant time here, would recommend it and definitely come back here.

Absolutely fantastic campsite. Really cool down by the river on a very hot week. Great couple running the site, very friendly and chilled out.
All guests understood the vibe of the site which was retreat and relax.
The convenience of Brecon being a walk away was fantastic.
The road was sort of loud throughout the night but it’s warned on the website, I recommend earplugs for this site.

What a find this site is. It's got the basic facilities that have been done very well.
Was met by the owner when I arrived, and she explained about how the site worked, recycling, parking, showering etc, then just go and find a spot you want to pitch.
My son joined me later and we both thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Only a 10 minute walk into the town.
Will definitely return if we are heading to Brecon again

Beautiful quiet location, clean facilities, short walk to Brecon (I Had some great beers and a super Pie in the Brecon Tap, also highly recommended),
I enjoyed a very peaceful night's sleep, the only sound that of the river, no biting insects, very friendly owners, excellent value for money, will be going back!
It is not for everybody as it is adults (13+) only, no groups, no pets, but that is what made it ideal for me, I have done a lot of touring and it is rare to get a good peaceful nights sleep in a tent!
Next time I hope to avail myself of a fire pit thing and maybe sit out (quietly!) by the river with a few cold beers (there is a fridge!).

Beautiful location with a babbling river to one side.
The location is below and out of site of the small road to the farm house / campsite.
The facilities are very very clean, additional shelter to wash and cook under if the weather was poor or even if you just liked a kitchen space to work from.
I arrived on a motorbike so some of my kit was left under the bench otherwise it would have been left in my panniers covered in the morning dew.
Camp has a few friendly chickens that like to come and say hello especially if you happen to rustle a bag that must sound like dinner time for them.
They are a little cheeky so keep the tent door closed if your leaving site.
Brecon town is a small walk away.
The path takes you through the camp site following the river. I've always liked Brecon and "The Johnny Gurka Restaurant " is the best curry house ever.
Thos is the 2nd time I've stayed at this camp site and it's definitely going to be an annual visit.
I hope to visit again soon with my partner and go Walking up Pen-e-fan.

A really lovely site. The woodland opposite and the river provide a wonderful backdrop.
Facilities are clean and well maintained. Logs to sit on, fridge, freezer, info point, covered washing and chilling area.
It really has been well thought out and is just a ten minute walk from the town.
There's a road just above but the traffic is light and the sounds of nature (birds in the woodland, water in the river) dominate.

Wonderful spot in a great location by a stream. It was quiet and not over crowded which gave it an extra nice feel.
Simple, but perfect facilities with everything you need.
Close enough walk to the town of Brecon and near to the hills for a bigger explore.
