 We spent three quiet nights at Priory Mill Farm Campsite - the best and hiker-friendlyest campsite we've come across (we've seen quite a few on our pilgrimage)!
In bad weather, we found shelter in the little shed (including a table to sit at), they provide campers with firepits (and a wheelbarrow for transport) and log seats, there are not only showers but also a washroom (with ample pegs to hang things), and the ground is very clean and well kept. Susie and Noel know what tent campers need!
At night, the Honddu provided us with a soothing burble, and we could hear the owls hoot.
Brecon is within easy walking distance, a charming town with lots of good cafés, pubs and restaurants and buses in all directions for hikes and other activities.

Lovely quiet campsite next to river.
10 minutes walk to Brecon town centre.
Good clean facilities.
No children, dogs or large groups makes it a peaceful stay.
Cheap. £12 per night to stay in my campervan.

Brilliant site everything as described on their web site
Can't fault it and look forward to another visit soon.
Very peaceful and only a gentle stroll from the site into the historic town of Brecon.

AMAZING! Exactly what we were looking for.
Very peaceful and we got to camp alongside the river.
There was everything that we required and we love how eco friendly the site is.
Communication was excellent.

Low impact camping ethos with a rustic charm which we loved.
So peaceful, yet just a short walk into Brecon.

Excellent.
No frills campsite. Toilet/shower block clean. Plenty of flat space for camping.
Free use of fire pits, wood/charcoal can be purchased at reception.
Only negative was the lack of water pressure in the showers.
Would I go again?

A really lovely site only 10 mins walk into Brecon.
Although we only stayed for one night we paid for 2 so that we could leave later on Sunday pm.
We loved listening to the sound of the river flowing and we enjoyed our 2 legged feathered visitors.
We would definitely return as we had such a chilled relaxing weekend. The weather was great too

Great sheltered location next to the river with a short walk into Brecon.
Love the very friendly chickens.
Only suggestion I would have to improve the site would be to use a grass box on the mower so we didn't have grass throughout the tent. Still it is a wonderful place to stay.

This was the loveliest stay! The owners were super friendly, and the facilities were really well set-up and easy to navigate.
They seem to attract a nice crew of people, too, as I had nice chats with other campers.
Easy access to town, easy check-in, lots of space. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

This is a good campsite in a great location with clean facilities.
The owners are very welcoming and friendly.
We really enjoyed our two nights here since it's a good base to visit the wonderful region of the Breacon mountains.

Everything about Priory Mill Farm is beautiful.
Quiet location with excellent facilities and wonderful hosts.
An ideal place for a base to camp and walk in the Beacons.

Very impressed.
Never seen such a well maintained site the cleanliness of the showers & toilets would put a few pricey hotels to shame.
Talking about the price of things ~ I think you'd be hard pushed to beat that elsewhere in the UK.
The other advantage of this camp site is its location. It's quite and well spaced out. The only noise is a babbling brook and its a 10min walk to the town of Brecon.
Don't think you could do any better so a big thank you from me.
