 Easy to find from the instructions given although a little difficult to access. First the bad; not much really! The main problem was even though I had explained I was mobility impaired we were allocated the furthest pitch from the facilities!
Lovely quiet, clean site, with reasonable disabled facilities. Wonderful views and near Falmouth and all the attractions of beaches etc. Great neighbours and the best Sunday roast ever at the Trelowarren Arms pub.
Walking distance for those who can and dog friendly. We had great weather too. What more could you want?

I booked by email and received friendly replies from Janey and she was in reception when we arrived and gave us a good welcome. It is best to let them know when you are arriving as Janey and Andrew live a short distance away, but parents living in the bungalow attached to the site can usually help out. The site is well situated from Falmouth and Swanpool beach. We didn't attempt to walk to either but others did, and there is a pay car park next to Swanpool beach and numerous pay and display car parks in Falmouth. A lovely free carpark with views is up at Pendennis Castle which overlooks the harbour and the sea.
The campsite is mostly level, with some hard standing and others grass. The only facilities are up one end of the site. A small washing up/laundry room with local leaflets and a freezer and the showers and toilets. There was a disabled shower, separate to the main showers and toilets. However if you had difficulty using the step to get inside, you had to request a ramp. Not really satisfactory if the reception office is closed.
The main showers were the two rooms for gents and ladies. Each one had lovely sinks with soap provided, 3 toilets and 2 showers. To get into the toilet block and the laundry room, we were given codes. Thankfully this wasn't needed for the toilet/showers as its not easy to remember, but always needed to get into the laundry room. Everything we used was adequate but the showers were disappointing.
Like other comments, the need to continually press the tap to keep the hot water flowing was annoying, but more so was the lighting. Unless somebody else entered the toilet block the automatic lighting timed out before finishing a relatively quick shower, leaving you in darkness. There was no foldaway stool in the shower on which to place clothes, just a couple of hooks on the door and one by the shower curtain. There was no shelf in the shower on which to place shower gel, sponges etc. And no handle to steady oneself on a slippery shower base.
As said before, everything was adequate, but with a little more investment and less cost cutting, this could be a first class site.

Just stayed here for two days the sun was shining and we enjoyed our stay. There were 4 of us two campers and two dogs. Nice field for dogs to run in and we also walked to swanpool beach.
However shower block has push button showers which only last seconds and block is cold. Key codes to get in but mens block door always open. If shower block updated would return.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the Easter weekend. We arranged to arrive late, which was no problem. A text message was sent to us giving the codes for toilet blocks and laundry plus the wifi code. Free wifi too. We were advised of our pitch number in advance so we could arrive and pitch up without having to disturb the owners. Janey was fab, very friendly and a great giver of local information which was helpful. Everything about this site is great. It's friendly and very clean and well kept. By 10pm it was silent, which was heaven. No noisy campers anywhere. We did take the wrong entrance, we saw a sign that said Menehay House and went through its narrow gateway to find it was not the right place. Lucky my husband is good at reversing so we got out of what might have been a very tricky situation. There is a big sign saying Menehay Farm Touring was the next turning. It was our mistake.
Yes the showers were push button but it didn't cause us a problem. Showers were free after all. Lots of lovely walks nearby, Falmouth took 30 minutes on foot and was not too strenuous. The local pub was ok, and a short walk away.
Couldn't fault anything. In fact I nearly didn't put a review because I don't want it to get too popular.
There wasn't much for children but open space so if you have children who need entertainment this isn't for you/them.

What a great site, the booking was nice and easy and very friendly as was the arrival meeting the owner Andy.
All lovely and clean, evertything as expected and just a good site.
Dog wise superb, we have Two Spaniels and there was acres to run around in well away from the nice grass used by campers.
The walk to town with the Dogs was a steady 30mins but a steep climb back so we used the Bus which stops literally outside the site, £4. 00 for Two adults and Two Dogs, it runs about hourly and is easily found at all the stops, no 68.
From the superb Swanpool Beach a Taxi was just £4. 90.
One minor issue was the showers, the push button jobbies, the time interval of the pushing is pathetic, you can't even get shampoo without it stopping, then you get a cold splash.

Excellent site, small, quiet, clean and well run
The pitches are well maintained and a good size, ample water taps near pitches. Toilets and showers spotless good laundry and washing-up facilities.
Ideal location for visiting the area, would give it a 5 star rating

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Cornwall where we stayed in 2 campsites, both were lovely. We've stayed at Menhay Farm before, so we knew what to expect! It's a great little site, nice views, friendly owners that maintain the campsite well. It's got a good amenity building with endless hot water. (the showers are one of those push button ones, where you have to keep pushing every 20 seconds or so). The site is on a main bus route, but it only takes 20 mins to walk, either to the beach, or the town. We left the motorhome on the campsite for the whole 10 days, and visited the surrounding area for day trips by bus or train. There 2 pubs, and a co-op within a short walk. Very easy access! Would recommend!

Menehey is a quiet, well kept site in with a pleasant aspect which acts as an excellent base for Falmouth and its superb beaches.
Whilst the facilities are clean, 2 utterly useless showers which give about 20 seconds of very hot dribbling water isn't really acceptable in this day and age.
We also weren't particularly keen on the massive mobile phone mast which towered over our pitch!
My only other criticism which along with the showers really needs to be addressed is the access. I have many years of towing experience but really struggled to get our twin axle caravan through the exit gate without incident, and judging by the damage to the gateway walls, others experienced this too and have the scars to prove it!

Menehay Farm Touring Park is a lovely small quiet family run touring park. The facilities of toilets, showers and wash hand basins are always very clean and the water hot. The site has more than adequate refuse and grey water/toilet emptying facilities. There is a small laundry and sink for washing dishes. Pitches come with electric hook up and there are plenty of taps to make obtaining water very easy. Free Wifi is particularly useful. There are ample dog walking areas. It is ideally situated to visit Falmouth and the surrounding area. The local bus stops at the Campsite gate. It is easy to have a relaxing peaceful holiday with plenty to do in the local area. I will certainly be staying there again.

Really nice site, stayed here for three nights as we had a wedding in Falmouth. The pitch was large, the site was clean and the toilets were clean. Walked into town, took about 25 mins( mostly downhill) got a taxi back for a fiver. Will definitely stay here again.
