What an absolute find! This campsite is a real treasure and so incredibly reasonably priced I was worried it would be too basic. I was happily wrong! The brand new shower and toilet block is fantastic and lots of shabby chic accessories make the converted stables really lovely. There is a gorgeous indoor sitting area with a huge farmhouse table (covered with a tablecloth) and chairs with games, cards, jigsaws, blankets, a kettle, a camping stove and pots (perfect for your last day when you want to pack up but still have food and a hot drink)and an honesty shop with lots of useful local produce. The site is immaculate two fields and an orchard and is incredibly picturesque with a charming gypsy caravan and adorable Shetland pony Smudge. My daughter fell in love with him. Locally there are beautiful villages, spectacular coast and Rendlesham Forest is a joy for anyone with children, dogs and or bikes. Brick Kiln's hosts really cannot do enough to help and are unintrusive but accessible. And really smashing people. We'll be back!

Myself, husband and dog have just got back from a wet weekend at Brick Kiln Farm.
Perfect for us, no glaring lights to spoil the view of the stars, very clean facilities, great welcome.
Sunday night the raining was pouring down & we cooked a curry on the stove that's in the kitchen area & sat in the dining area watching the rain, couple of candles burning = magic.
There was also board games available, an honesty shop and an adorable pony that the husband had to say 'Hello' to!
The showers were hot and clean. Flat pitches. Pubs within walking distance. Loved it!

Stunning setting and quiet location, absolutely perfect stay at Brick Kiln Campsite. We were warmly welcomed and the owner went out of her way to help us any way she could.
Our car wouldn't start in the morning and she was over with her car and jump leads to get us going again.
You really are under the velvet sky here, no light pollution at all, just fields and sky all around, heavenly.
Whole experience was very relaxing and you feel totally at home. The best part was sitting around our campfire during our stay, what's camping without a fire.
An utterly, perfect stay, highly recommend this hidden gem.

Fantastic campsite that lets you get back to basics camping - away from this Glamping non-sense. What is camping without a proper camp fire.
We went during a very washed out w/e in mid-July last year and had an absolutely wonderful time, even though it rained and the tent leaked.
The owner is a really nice lady who will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and we will definitely be going back this year, but she also gives you the space you need to just enjoy yourselves, a very relaxed family atmosphere.
Great work. I have marked the facilities down only because it is basic camping but really what else do you need for a couple of nights!
