Quick and easy check in. The pitch sizes are good.

The toilet blocks are modern and have nice hot water, however they are only cleaned once a day which really isn't enough as they were often very dirty, toilets became blocked and loo roll ran out. I did ask at reception one day if something could be done as they were particularly bad but was told the cleaner wasn't in that day!

The facilities are very spread out and are really not well placed for the touring site. The swimming pool is on the static area next door and is about a 15 min walk, or you can drive. Unfortunately they were operating a ' one in one out' policy which meant a 40 minute wait to get into the pool.

The entertainment is very good but due the locations of the venues you either need to catch the courtesy bus, which restricts you time wise and is a pain if it's raining or you need to drive which raises the question are people drink driving?

There is a very small shop on the touring site open 9-5. 30pm the other shops are on the static sites and are pricey. If you are staying on the touring site with children I would say it is a challenge as the facilities are too spread out.

Would we return or recommend this site - no.

The site is great. Pitches are big, and the facilities are lovely, but it was the other campers that spoilt it for us!

The majority were, as usual lovely friendly people, but it was sad to see people dropping litter in the toilet blocks, and letting their dogs do their business, right next to where children were playing.

The site we love, but we will avoid major holidays here in the future, as it seems to attract some less than pleasant people. What a shame. We are not usually that fussy, and have never complained about noise etc in the past.

Our immediate neighbours were lovely, and they too were complaining about the minority spoiling it for everyone else as well.

Would benefit from some more washing up sinks too!

Smooth efficient check in and we were shown to our pitch. Due to the weather our pitch was completely water logged - Bunn Leisure did ring to say that we were being moved, but most pitches seemed to be in the same state, very disappointing and mud everywhere! Wellies were a must just to get from caravan to car/toilet block.

The washrooms were clean and tidy and our children loved the play park. The Swimming pool was also fantastic. Plenty of entertainment but our children are too young to last and were longing for their beds.

However nobody adhered to the 10mph speed limit (staff were the worst!) Dog mess was also a problem - literally just outside the children's play park.

Very commercial site, probably would not return.

I took 16 units to this site for October half term. Was very unsure on what to expect with all the mixed reviews. On arrival we were treated very well, a credit to all the staff. They meet you at reception and take you to your pitch. How efficient. We were so lucky with the weather for the time of year. I agree with reviews the pitches are a little close together, but all being together in the club it made no difference to us at all. The site is massive, they have a bus and train that runs around the site every half hour at all stops, so efficient, so no need for anyone to drink drive there, even though they were!

The cleanliness of the facilities on the touring site were excellent all the time. They have a problem with the toilet walls and are having this rectified in the closed season, but apart from that, they are the best showers I have used on a campsite. No keep pushing a button to get water, they are continuous and motion sensored. Clubs and swimming pool were excellent. We didn't use the kids clubs, but I know other members did and said they were very good. I would recommend this site to anyone. We do not usually do commercial sites like this, but it was thoroughly brilliant, well managed, spotless and all the entertainment and shops on tap and included in the price. Many Many thanks Warners Farm and we will be back in the future.

We were part of a large group of mums and children who visited for 3 nights relaxation before the school runs started again. Some of our group were first time campers, and all have said what a fabulous time they had.

The toilet block was always clean, there was no waiting around to use the washing up facilities. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. And the entertainment suited all ages.

The swimming pool was nice with one pool for serious swimmers and the other for kids to play in.

We will be back again next year, and it looks like more mums will be joining in the adventure.

WE have been coming to this site for the last 7 years, our children now aged 18 and 20 say they would not want to be any where different nor would we.

We always go the 1st two weeks of August.

AS for being noisy at night, yes it can at times when people return home a bit worse of with the old drink. The toilets are cleaned twice aday, but the mess that is left there at times is due to certain campers who just like to leave the place in a mess.

The Entertainment is brilliant, with a choice of 3 entertainment places there is always somewhere to go that will suit your taste, with some very good cover acts.

Swimming pool is a must, also has sauna and steam room.

Two beaches both pebbled west beach is on west sands site and East beach which is a 10 mins drive, good for fishing when the sea weed is not around.

Chichester town good shopping, canal boat tour, Chichester cathedral, cinema good for when its raining, drive is 20 mins or let the bus take you you can get this from up west sands near the Windmill, or from Selsy village 10 mins walk, here you will find a good range of little shops, also CO-op, Budgens, somerfields.

Booking, arrival & all, staff were very friendly. The large site is clean & tidy with pitches clearly marked. The toilets & showers are very modern and clean - sometimes.

BUT. We have a fairly large tent (7. 7m x 4. 8m) which I explained when we booked) - an Outwell Vermont XL - which is near the limits of Caravan & Camping Club site pitches that we normally stick with. We were allocated a pitch near reception, adjacent to the site main road.

We had trouble squeezing our tent onto the pitch, with no room to open up the front canopy. When I booked, I asked if we could have a pup tent along side us - 'no problem'. The reality was that we were told 'no way, your tent is too big' (although there was room), so daughter, 10, very sulky!

We had gloriously hot weather for the few days we were there, so a shame not to be able to open up the tent.

The road we were next to was busy night and day, most people were far in excess of the 10mph campsite limit - with kids playing & cycling, plenty of emergency stops! Never been anywhere like it!

A very good kids play area at the far end of the site. Sadly, my 7 year old boy was asked for money with menaces by older kids on two occasions and didn't want to go there after the 2nd day.

The toilet block was wonderful just after cleaning (at least twice a day),

The kids clubs had some great activities, but you can't leave the kids - no photos, etc - a bit boring for adults! The Smugglers bar near the beach complex had a good £2. 99 breakfast up until 12 noon which we used as a brunch a couple of times.

Lunches were considerably more expensive. The 1 mile private beach is all stones and not nice - I hear there are better beaches a short drive away. The swimming pool was nice, though we were told not to use the rubber rings they just sold us! A great water slide - kids loved it.

After a very long journey (300 miles) we finally arrived at the site to a smooth check in and a friendly welcome.

We were taken to our pitch (50) which for a caravan, awning and car have to say felt very closed in, even to the point to take our van onto our pitch we had to drive onto the pitch behind us but if they'd had wind breaks around their boundary I don't know how we'd have done it.

The only outlook we had was into the neighbours caravans but felt we were encroaching on their private space. After our first nights stay we decided to request to be moved due to noise/bad language etc from our neighbours and have to say that the staff could not have been more helpful now we felt we could begin to enjoy our much longed holiday!

Once moved, our time for the rest of the week was quite enjoyable we made new friends and our daughter loved it with her new friends there was much space to play tennis etc.

The complex was about 10 minutes walk but didn't mind the excerise. The pool facilities were fantastic to say the admintance fee was included in the price but found they were closed on a couple of occasions due to a technical fault.

The playground was quite large and very well equipped but found that the older children

Took priority over the equipment as they were not supervised.

The little supermarket in the complex was very well stocked with essentials and very reasonably priced.

Did not visit the night time entertainment as we found that programmes to suit our 9 year old did not start till 9pm and found this was a little late considering the full days we had and maybe this was time to wind down not up.

Have to re-iterate on previous reviews about the washrooms - should they be cleaned more often? if the paying guests treat the bathrooms like they would their own probably not (this is the one thing that really frustrates me) but the showers were really powerful and hot.

Places to visit are West Wittering beach on a hot day as this is a haven for children but please please take a picnic as the prices are very very expensive and the staff in the cafe are very disorganised and not very helpful secondary, The Old Historic Dock Yard at Portsmouth where you can visit and actually walk around HMS Victory and The Warrior and see The Mary Rose (but not enter) amongst other Naval attractions.

Overall made the best of our stay but would we return for a second visit to Warner Park Selsey? No! But have to say Portsmouth and surrounding areas a big yes.

This was our first visit to the site. The booking was made over the phone and the staff were very helpful. We arrived on site and again the check-in was quick and the staff were helpful explaining all the facilities.

We were shown to our pitch which was clean and tidy.

The toilets and showers were cleaned in the morning and were spotless, however, being a very large site they soon became filthy and untidy and didn't seem to have any further cleaning throughout the day.

We ventured to the pool complex which was about a ten minute walk away, this was excellent and the kids loved it, a real jewell in the crown for the site. We also drove to nearby(25 minutes) West Wittering beach, lovely sandy beach where the tide goes out for miles.

Our second night was better, the neighbours were home a little earlier and were a bit quieter.

The check out time was a bit early (10am).

This site has great potential with its quantity and type of pitches, its friendly reception and shop and the nearby pool

We visited Warners Farm for 3 nights over the bank holiday weekend. Our pitch was a little cramped just room for car, caravan and awning. It was very windy as normal(or so I am told). No extra room to BBQ(even if the weather permitted), without smoking out our neighbours.

Toilet block was clean and tidy throughout our stay.

It's quite a walk to any of the entertainment facilities but there is a free bus that can take you to any of the Bunn Leisure sites. Much needed if you have young children.

We found that most cars were exceeding the speed limit on White Horse site.

We visited the Smugglers restaurant twice during our stay. Sunday roast was very nice although we found it strange that chicken was more expensive than beef. And disappointingly, lots of the menu isn't available on bank holiday Monday's.

Overall we would recommend this site purely for the amount of entertainment and facilities available.
