Spent the first week of the school holidays on this site. Has a lovely indoor pool, very clean not too crowded. Cant vouch for the entertainment as didnt go! Close to pebbly beach but when the tide is in, it is quite a steep slope (wittering much better!) Showers ok - hot enough but not very clean, though this has more to do with untidy campers. Also found it quite noisy at weekend, my children had some hassle with older kids and eventually were not allowed to the play area without an adult. Have to leave pitch by 10am - and they come round to hurry you up if you dont (it took me 2 hours to get the tent up - its going to take me just as long to get it down and packed away and I dont like to be rushed!)

Hmm some good things about this site - the indoor heated pool was lovely (and the showers in there were spotless!), plus v near to beach and good kids playground. Bad things - toilet / showers not kept clean (partly due to irregular cleaning, but also because others camping seemed unable to locate the bin!). Had 4 adults and 8 children under 10 and the kids reported that the language used in the playground was not nice and were threatened by other children. Not the sites fault, but we will not be going back.

Having just returned from Warners Farm on our very first camping trip, I can only fully recommend this site. We have two small children, as do our friends who travelled with us. Although it is a big all singing and dancing site, we were able to go into a large field, with a choice of position and space and have use of the bar-b-que area and picnic tables and were far enough away from the entertainment, for it not to wake us! The toilets did get dirty towards the end of the weekend, but were soon spotless. The water warm and electrical points available and only a short walk from the field. The swimming pool, gym, etc was amazing and fully work the slightly higher pitch fee. There is no need to actually leave this site. We will most definitely be returning next year.

August 2005 This was a camp site that I would not recommend to serious campers or those who prefer the the tranquility of camping. The pitches were pre-designated with little space between tents. Campers were also mixed in the same field as caravaners and the entire site comprised of thousands of static caravans with a fun fair and night clubs. The heated indoor pool was OK but the overall atmosphere seemed agressive and the camp's own security were often employed in sorting out arguments between holidaymakers. There were shops on site and a site bus to transport you to all the facilities. The per night cost of £25 per tent did reflect the facilities on offer and if you want a holiday where there is lot's of on-site entertainment, this could be the place for you. The toilet blocks were clean with laundry facilites as well as washing up areas. However the noise from the returning revellers at night did cause problems. To add to this there is a storage facility located behind a small hill adjacent to the tent area and this does open up early in the morning and is noisy. Personally we would not recommend this to those with young children or people who like quiet camp sites.

June 2005 Great site, plenty of entertainment with access to all three camps. Indoor swimming complex fantastic, competion pool, leisure pool, free use of sauna and steam room. Toilets good have done with an extra clean now and agaa=in but it was busy and you can't always blame the site for the abuse by the campers. The site was very open and extremely windy some nights. Overall good holiday!!

June 2005 Just got back from a half-term break at their West Sands static site as due to a dodgy weather forecast decided not to go camping so booked this up at the last minute. Therefore can't comment on the Warners Farm Touring site but felt I had to thank Markglenn for his recommendation of New Magna Tandoori in Selsey. Superb!!!!!
Won't be returning to West Sands though. Too all-singing, all-dancing, lager-swilling for our tastes. We prefer something a little more refined!!!!! Definitely back to camping for us.
That said, we had a great holiday off-park. Best bit was the day spent at Portsmouth's Historic Docklands. Thought the kids would get bored but they weren't at all and they're only 5 and 8. Well worth it but get there early as the first harbour boat trip (included in the ticket price) leaves at 11am and the queue was really short. Later in the day the queue for it was ginormous!

June 2004 We spent 3 months on this site due to me working in the area. We bought our first caravan and my family decided to come and spend the whole summer holidays with me. We had never been camping before and didn't really know what to expect. But we were spoilt for choice with so much to do on the Bunn Leisure sites. Its got absolutely everything you could wish for and it made a great summer for my family and myself. I can really recommend this site and to be honest i dont think you would ever find a better site anywhere else. It was fantastic!

August 2004 Had an enjoyable holiday here, although the weather wasn't too great & it got a little windy some nights. The facilities are good, given the numbers there & the time of year, but the laundry facilities are limited in size & number. The main complex containing the club, arcade & leisure club are some distance away however, so we didn't stay late as it would have been unfair to make the little 'un walk home in the bad weather; I would never drink & drive. Maybe it was because of the time of year, but we did find this park noisy at night; one evening someone had a birthday party & karaoke in the back of a transit van, & another a couple had a big row at about 1am. The pitches are very tight; there was only 4-6ft between our awning & the neighbour's car (a really nice family from Basingstoke - if you're reading this, see you at Lincoln Farm). The greatest discoveries here were New Magna Tandoori Restaurant (fantastic take away) & the Lifeboat Pub (beautiful setting, great seafood but you must book). In conclusion, we enjoyed it, but have found better places.

aug 2004 Have just returned from a brilliant week at this camp site. This is the third time we have visited although this is the first time in high season. Even though it was very busy the amenitities were still readily available. The new swimming and sport complex( The Oasis) enables all ages to be able to enjoy the water.
The beach is pebbly but this too was enjoyed by all and being so close to the shops etc made planning for lunch etc easy. The shower and toilet blocks are always clean and the reception shop is stocked with most daily basics required. The childrens play area was enjoyed by both my children and others in surrounding tents, they were able to go to the park without my having to worry.
On talking to others in nearby tents they like us have returned to this site after previous visits. What better praise could you have.

Sept 2003 Very good site, clean showers & toilets. Washing up facilities. Great entertainment in 3 club houses, the largest being The Embassy Ballroom on West Sands Caravan Park. Also get use of the swimming pool.
