Very friendly site. Very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The bus stops right outside. There is a good pub in walking distance. The sea is across the road and a short walk. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly helpful site. Really clean amenities.

The pitch allocation needs to administered properly as people where pitching up across neighbouring pitches.

Excellent site, friendly, clean. Good location…. Found it by chance but very pleased that we did.

We have a motor home and the spaces were ideal for the size of our vehicle.

This is a very well run site with very clean toilets on a main road with bus stops right outside.

The young man who looks after the site is helpful and friendly.

Being next to a main road you have no trouble with access to it

I have used this site in other years and will be back there again I hope in June.

What a great find this site is.

The location is perfect for the beach, Eastbourne, pevensey and the harbour where there are lots of restaurants.

Tom Is very friendly and helpful and keeps the site immaculate.

There are lovely dog walks right off the site too. We’ve already booked a next visit.

We found this site as Bay view site we booked previously closed.

This was our good fortune as in our view this site is far better, facilities basic but kept very clean.

The sites field is very spacious lots of wildlife with lovely walks to Pevensey castle etc.

The family that run & own the site are very pleasant & attentive.

We & our friends have booked our return as we love the location.

We stayed a while ago and liked it then. They have upped their game further and renovated the toilet/shower facilities to a good standard, this is also kept spotless.

There's plenty of wild life to watch and the surrounding facilities like pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc are abundant.

Would thoroughly recommend 👌

We’ve stayed before a year ago but the improvements made are really great.

It’s a lovely site, very clean, friendly staff and lots of wonderful wildlife to watch whilst relaxing.

It’s perfectly located between Pevensey and Sovereign Harbour - just a 20 min walk each way.

I can’t wait for our next stay hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Very helpful staff, facilities clean and tidy, only things that let it down now is the noise from the road now the trees have been trimmed and some totally removed, and some ignorant campers, which you find at all sites.

A hidden gem. Parked our van where we wanted. Level pitches.

Lots of space in field for kids to play. Good early morning walks for dogs on hand.

Lovely and peaceful not a big site. Family who run it live on site so on hand for any needs.

We will be back.

Our favoured site in this area had closed so decided to try Cannon Camping as it was near to where we wanted to be. Read a mix of reviews and was really pleased we chose it.

We had a very friendly welcome and could choose our pitch as there were so few units on site.

The field was flat with short grass, small toilet block was open but no showers until next month as per Government guidelines. Toilets were very clean the whole week and hand sanitizer was available.

The site is right by a very busy road so expect traffic noise and be careful when crossing over to the bus stop into Eastbourne.

Pevensey Bay is a 20 minute walk and there are a few shops and pub here plus excellent fish and chip shop, in the other direction a 30 minute stroll brings you to the Sovereign Centre and Eastbourne Harbour with cafes, restaurants and a good selection of shops including a large ASDA.

We enjoyed a great walk across the fields to Pevensey castle, will certainly book other visits to Cannon Camping.

Our rating is based on the friendliness of the owners and cleanliness of the site, it is not all singing/dancing with bells and whistles and this suited us fine.

First time on this site for 4 nights/

Very clean/ grass area well maintained/ hook up/ bins /water taps / all available/

Toilets / shower areas clean

Would recommend to any one who wants quiet, there is a slight noise from road but shouldn’t spoil your stay. just say also no WiFi
