 Lovely campsite. Very quiet.
Toilets very clean and nice hot showers without the push button (hate those)
10 minutes walk to a nice pub although go early as they run out of food.
10 minute drive to Great Malvern

A good value campsite, of the kind that there seem to be fewer of nowadays. The only significant issue I had was the road noise, and I dealt with that using earplugs.
I booked shortly before visiting via their website but didn't get the confirmation email until after I'd left, but all was fine. Bill is friendly and helpful.
I pitched in the first field, so was reasonably close to the toilet & shower facilities, which are unisex. The provision of toilets and showers was fine for the weekdays I was staying there: I think three toilets and three showers, two of which also had toilets. All the toilets had soap dispensers and electric hand driers and were clean.
The showers were hot and free, and there was a decent amount of space in the one I used. There were plenty of cold water taps near where I pitched.
The photos on the website are mostly of the second (meadow) field; I was a bit concerned about the number of static caravans around me in the first field, but most of them were not in use when I was there. Phone reception is fine on all four networks.
The buses (service 44) were every half hour during the day and every hour in the evenings on Mondays to Saturdays and every hour on Sundays.
If going towards Malvern then there is a stop on the A449 close to the campsite, a bit towards Malvern, from where a single to Malvern was £3. But there is no obvious stop opposite that, other than one on Stocks Lane which is indicated as no longer being in use.
The Newland Swan/Church stop that the bus drivers will know seems to be the one near Newland Church and not near the Swan Inn. A single from Malvern to there was £2. 20. The buses take quite a winding route and I ended up walking into Malvern instead sometimes, but the bus option is useful.
I'd definitely use the site again if doing the Malvern Hills again.

We used this site as a base to visit extended family nearby. We found it easy to book and the owners are very friendly. They clearly have plans to work on the site.
We were in the far field so a little bit further to walk to the toilets and showers. They were reasonably clean throughout the visit- plenty of loo roll!
There is a bit of road noise but it's a good location for Malvern. Plenty of EHU points, water and bins available, and the ground was flat for pitching.
I think the photos on here are from some time ago. There were quite a few seasonal pitches in the first field and the foliage etc could do with a bit of a tidy up, but it has been a hot summer and plants have been growing everywhere.

We stayed for 4 nights 5 days we were at a freedom caravan club meet
Our first time at newlands meadow caravan park, we found the site welcoming
It is a basic campsite, there is electric hook up and a stand pipe for water
A short walk from our pitch was the showers and toilets which basic was clean and well kept
There is pot washing facilities with hot water
The showers were hot and apart from a few spiders they were very clean
I would recommend the site for people who are looking for a nice quiet site
There is nothing to do on site but there some nice walks

Another enjoyable stay, confirmed booking by email, easy check-in and pay, site has been improved since last visit and more work planned,
Parked up basically wherever you choose as numerous ehu and water points around site, first area is more hard standing and second area is grassy, hard standing area is closer to showers/ toilets/ water n waste emptying area but that's not a real issue.
Quiet site even though main road close by, good pub, The Swan Inn, just down road serves good food ales ciders etc, large beer garden out front,
We love this site and will be back again next year and many more

Site is fairly small and the owner very friendly. Communication was good. They are doing some pretty major upgrades over the winter apparently so it would be interesting to see what it is like after that.
Unfortunately we arrived after some prolonged wet weather. That being so, the facilities were fine and we never had to wait. Trying to keep facilities clean in wet weather is tricky but they managed it.
It is close to the road as you can see when you look it up. This didn’t bother us for noise but the road is fairly busy so may put others off. On the plus side it is easy to catch the bus outside and get dropped off. We went to Worcester on the bus and walked into Malvern.
The area is beautiful.
We were on a level pitch at the back of the big field with water, bin and electric.
Not sure what the update plan is but it would be good to have a few proper hardstandings (the only hard standing bit available is as you drive in and is more of a car park. Walking too and from the toilets from our spot was very muddy and wet but that is the fault of the weather not the owners!

The campsite owner was very friendly and welcoming.
The site was level and spacious, with adjacent water and electric points.
The toilets and showers were very clean.
The price charged was very reasonable and included the hook up electricity.
The only improvement would be to make the entrance sign more visible from the road.

Just so lovely to stay here they will do anything to help you. And just a lovely welcoming site that is kept very clean & tidy

A basic site but provides everything.
Easy access to Malvern via the bus and an excellent friendly pub down the road.
To write about the owner he is so friendly has amazing first class knowledge on the MORGAN CAR. And happy engages in conversation.
Really enjoyed our stay with him. Thank you .
