 Peaceful, well kept. Lovely.

Only issue was there was no phone signal if you wanted it.

Good location, pretty site, can hear the monkeys from monkey world next door :)

Really great location for visits to Monkey World.

They have a llama walking activity you can do which looked fun.

Other than that due to the location you will need to drive to find anything else to do.

I was there during the pandemic but it was a shame the people who run the site were not around much and the shop was shut, but it was an odd time.

It is kept next to a working farm so children would need to be an eye on

Camp site staff were very friendly via email and in person. Clean and functional washing and showering facilities.

The site was near empty owing to it being October half term but despite the wind and the rain we had a great family holiday.

Beautiful location with lost of activities nearby for young and old - wood and stream great for children's adventures, Monkey World and Tank Museum a few minutes away, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe castle all there for the taking!

Fantastic campsite in beautiful Dorset

Very warm welcome, lovely family run campsite.

Good facilities, Covid deep cleaning was very reassuring. Shop was good, but only open sporadically. Did food ordered by 4pm, we didn't indulge but nice to know it's there.

Bovington tank range over the road, so a few tank manoeuvres, not too loud and I thought very cool.

Alpacas on site were absolutely adorable!

The site is split into camping, yurts and glamping, lovely woodland walk.

The field over is a glider club, so a few aircraft whipped over, but very quiet.

Situated in a lovely part of the world, we did the tank museum, Duffle door, Corfe castle and Poole Quay.

Can't recommend this site enough 😀

Well laid out maintained to a high standard.

Could do with a tap at the Elsan unit. Given the current situation with covid lots of space between units.

Really lovely site. We were meant to stay 4 nights but delayed our arrival by a day due to bad weather. Good communication via Facebook messenger.

The only downside was I had booked and paid for a firepit that I didn't receive - they said they would deliver it once we had pitched but must have forgotten. In fairness though I didn't chase this up as we were out a lot and so decided to leave it.

Nice little cafe on site and communal firepit on terrace.

Enjoyed watching the alpacas.

Good facilities all round and near enough to Poole where we were catching the ferry to Guernsey.

Would visit again!

Enjoyed it thoroughly. Spotless toilets, jet cleaned regularly. The timed shower a bit annoying - needs to press the button all the time. Water nice and warm but the raised ceiling making them a bit cold.

Nothing major. The electric hook nice and decent plots. Loved the noise from the tanks or monkeys. Baby loved the alpacas being close.

 Alpacas. Nice. Host. Nice.

Facilities very smart in crinkly rooofed barn but unheated and struggled to get hot water. Not sealed at roof so sound clear between mens and womens. Dinners available every evening 6 - 8 pm as advertised. NOT.

The road is noisy although setting is pretty.

The massive Bovingdon tank training exercise was in full nightime operation complete with helicopter support on the night we stayed, just across the road. Great to know our hard earned tax is being put to good use in keeping our military in battle readiness and our forces' hardware is being fully tested. Sleep? Er, fat chance.
