A very pretty campsite, with generous sized pitches. A great site if you enjoy fishing, (we don’t fish) An excellent dog walk around the fishing lake and an excellent fully enclosed area for the dogs to exercise off lead, it even has some agility equipment.

The toilets & showers were very clean although note there are a few steps to go up to access them, not a problem for us but maybe for some.

The site is well positioned for access to & from M5 so is a great stop over, consequently because of its position there is some traffic noise, we did not find it a problem & it certainly did not disturb our sleep.

The owner Bev was very friendly & kindly helped us with our leaving time, which we greatly appreciated. We had a fully serviced pitch which was excellent.

We would return if travelling that way.

A beautiful little site in contrast to the many commercial sites in the area. Excellent facilities and a friendly welcome.

As dog owners we were delighted to find a completely sealed off exercise area.

Some traffic noise but this is offset by the convenient proximity to major routes.

A little gem!

The campsite is small, very tidy, with clean facilities.

The site consists of a lovely fishing lake, which has picnic benches and is nice to walk around.

Can recommend the pub at the end of the road but you will need to book because it gets busy.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if in the area.

As soon as we drove in, I knew I had picked a good one, despite reading other reviews you just Don't know if it's for you till you get on site.

We were met by Beverly after the pleasantries how far have you come and was the journey good, which it wasn't ( road works and any accident) we finished the booking in and payment for fishing, Beverly showed us to our pitch, ( lake side ).

Site was very well kept, the toilet/shower block was up three steps, so not 100% disabled friendly and may have been only a couple of cubicles but we never had to wait and they were always clean.

The fishing lake was very nice and the fishing was most enjoyable ( Beverlys husband was called upon to help untangle some of us that had the larger carp that sort cover in the snags)

The dog walk around the pond was nice and led to a off lead field. The area has plenty to see and do, even if it rains.

Lovely site and lovely people not bad location but great for dogs.

A bit of a dangerous walk to the pubs, but great food and drinks and lovely taxi driver home to site.

The owner contacted us straight away and was able to provide us with a fully serviced pitch on the dates requested.

She was there to greet us on arrival on site which was clean and tidy with grass or hardstanding pitches.

The facilities were limited (3 toilet/shower units) but very clean & actual never busy.

The site was quiet and popular with anglers, having a well kept lake on site.

Situated a couples miles outside Highbridge and The Crossways Inn a very nice eatery a mile or so down the lane provided local facilities.

Would certainly like to return and would recommend.

 Excellent campsite couldn't fault it.

Bev the owner was so friendly and helpful.

The grounds were immaculate and although not a fisherman the pool looked good.

Great pub The Crossways Inn just down the road

On entering Withy Water campsite it's prettiness and cleanliness hits you immediately.

From what I could see, each pitch had it's own main services. Not having to haul water butts a long way was a very pleasant first for me!

The pitches are large and really level but the granite type stones are a bit hard to kneel on when hammering pins into the awning.

Road noise from the nearby M5 maybe a little intrusive at first but, like Tinnitus, you soon get used to it and only hear it when you think about it.

The only real con with the site is the position of the Chemical Toilet Disposal area. One has to walk about 20 yards across grass to get to it. Unfortunately, we had had quite a lot of rain which made the grass very soft and a bit muddy (not Bev's fault). I spoke to Bev about it and she said they were in the process of putting in a hardened path.

We are definitely visiting again.

Nice wide entrance to site and friendly welcome from Bev, pitch flat and a good size, very close to the lake.

Facilities clean but very cold 🥶 1 small towel radiator to warm the room.

Only 2 showers and toilets open and working at start then third opened later.

Hard frost and Water next to pitch froze and one shower stopped working.

My husband did manage to catch 1 small roach bit then lake froze over it was so cold.
