We have just returned from a visit to this site and found it to be a wonderful place. The site has only been open for eight weeks so it was fairly quiet. The site itself is set in a heavily wooded area where 3 types of Deer roam wild, I witnessed Roe Deer twice on my visit.
The toilet and washing facilities are decorated to a very high standard and the showers were the most powerfull I have ever used, I would be glad of the standard of fittings they have there at home. The toilets were cleaned at various times throughout the day and night and were always spotlessly clean. The owners are some of the most helpfull and jolly that we have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they would put themselves out to help. There is a fishing lake on site but we didn't use it on this occasion.
All in all we think this is a very good site that is setting very high standards but our only worry would be whether there would be enough toilets if the site was full even though a second toilet block is being built at this time. We will definately be returning.

This was our first camping trip and we couldn't have had a better time. The owners were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The site was very well laid out and extremely clean. Our children enjoyed the play area and we had a lovely walk around the woodland area. Showers, toilets and washing up area well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend the site to my friends. Finally, it was so good we have booked to return again in a couple of weeks.
