 Love this site, warden, s are fab and view, s are great.
Clean and tidy Dog walking field plus a shop.
Nice walk to seaton and tramway.
We stay here a lot.

Cracking spot very clean and lovely campsite
Will be visiting again. Staff on hand to help.

The site was Clean & really easy to find, pitch & everyone was really friendly.
Good check out time too so no rush to leave.
Would definitely recommend & plan to visit again

We had 17 of us in 4 tents and had basically as much room as we wanted.
The people running the place were great and the local area is awesome if you are looking for a quieter seaside experience.
Great pub on the corner of the site, great facilities and a huge Tesco about 15 minutes walk.
Highly recommended if your not after the kids entertainment crowd but still want access to beached (Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are not far as well).

Great relaxing campsite, I went without hubby and met up with 2 friends in their own campers, 2 other friends joined us, we had a great time and everybody on site were really friendly, think they liked all our England bunting, T-shirt’s & hats 🤣🏴
The wardens were lovely and think they enjoyed watching us emptying our loo’s, we’ve got very weak stomachs 🤢
Nice shop on site, didn’t really go off site,
I will definitely go back and might even take hubby !

What a pleasant surprise with this camp site,
We were looking for a quiet weekend with no electric so we were very happy with the over flow field with a lovely view over the river but not far from the facilities,
Lovely friendly owners and walkable to seaton beach.

What a nice friendly informal site.
The wardens were great, nothing was too much trouble.
Two pubs very close to the site and Seaton about a mile walk, perfect.
The site entrance can be tricky so approach from Seaton end.

Great little well tended site though facilities are a bit dated, everything was clean and working well.
Good dog field to exercise the mutt and 2 good dog friendly pubs just at the entrance plus a bus service, though it's a bit limited.
We will return but watch out for a very tight entrance and make sure you use the whole road to get a good angle to get in without damage.
There's no online booking, just an old fashioned phone call, but that's fine by me.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities.
We’d go again.
Just remember you can’t turn right into the site. Go into Seaton and turn at the Tesco round-a-bout, then come back up.

Clean site friendly marshals good pitch and not noisy
Pub end of drive harbour inn good food and ale
Better pub up road called ship inn more choice on menu but service slow

The well maintained open campsite is slightly sloping with views of the river Ax and tramline to Colyton. Pitches are grass but well marked and serviced by a tarmac/gravel road.
There are separate male and female toilet/shower blocks, the men's incorporating the laundry and washing up the women's incorporating the chemical toilet disposal.
Facilities are dated but very clean and quite acceptable. Within 100 yards outside of the campsite are two good public houses serving food from midday until late and bus stops in either direction to Lyme Regis or Sidmouth respectively.
Seaton is about a 1 mile level walk away alongside a busy main road and the river Ax. The jewels of the campsite are the friendly, helpful, hard working wardens and the little shop selling essentials.
We used the Axmouth campsite only because our usual favourite campsite in the area was full but, having found this one, we will be coming here every year instead because of its convenient location, local facilities and excellent wardens at a reasonable high season price of £25 per night, per unit (cash).
Warning: the site has a very narrow entrance, immediately next to the Harbour Inn, that can ONLY be negotiated when approached from the direction of Seaton.

Excellent site with lovely views of the estuary and the wetlands. Lots of birds to observe from the van windows.
Very good facilities, nice friendly staff.
We will definitely be staying here again.

Brilliant site, friendly staff, good clean facilities. Ideal for families and pet owners. Super location, great pub next door.
Views if the estuary brill. Really good for outdoor activities. Non-commercial.
Wardens were great. Gave good advice.
Will book again for next year.

Superb campsite. Fantastic location and well looked after with great on-site shop.
Two pubs close by, sounds of church bells, nice views across the valley of the trams.
Kayaking up the River Axe we felt like we were in the Everglades!

Lovely site with beautiful views of the river & estuary.
The site was fairly busy but quiet.
Toilets, wash facilities & waste disposal are close to wherever you pitch up.
